Kiaras POV

We arrived at the destination and he brought me to a really fancy looking restaurant. Like honestly the type that you probably pay at least $75 a meal.

"Decebel, we didn't have to go somewhere this fancy. Save the money." I gasped at the sight.

"You're worth every penny." He smiled at me.

"Is it going to be a table for two this evening?" The host looked to Decebel.

"Yes, I would like to request your finest table." Decebel responded to her.

"Right this way." The host grabbed some menus and led us over to one of the tables in the back that had the best views.

"Your server will be right with you in a few minutes." She smiled at both of us and walked back towards the front.

I gazed down at the menu and saw the ridiculous price for most of the meals on the menu.

"Decebel, how could you possibly afford this?" I rubbed my arm.

"Baby, don't worry about it. Get whatever your heart desires. I'm taking care of it." He flashed a wink at me.

"You're so good to me." I blushed and turned my attention back to the menu.

"Good evening. Can I get you some drinks?" Our waitress walked over to the table and looked directly at me.

"Yes. Could I get a water please?" I smiled at her.

"Of course. And for you, sir?" She looked at Decebel, who didn't take his eyes off the menu.

"Jack and coke." He responded blankly.

"Ill have those right out for you." The waitress walked away from the table.

"Why don't you make eye contact with people." I questioned him.

"There's only one girl who I want to make eye contact with. I'm not interested in looking at other girls and I didn't want you to feel like I was checking her out." HE shrugged.

"As sweet as that was, its very rude to not make eye contact with people." I crossed my arms.

"I will work on it." He looked back down at the menu.

"Here is your water, and your jack and coke. Are you guys ready to order?" The waitress pulled out her order booklet.

I ordered my food first and Decebel went last. I ended up getting the seared salmon with a side of asparagus and creamed potatoes. Decebel went with a filet mignon. We had small conversation until our food arrived. Nothing too big of conversation. We began to eat our food when the server brought it out and about halfway in between eating, Decebel pulled my attention to him.

"I have a surprise for you." He spoke after chewing the bite of food he had in his mouth.

He stood up out of the chair and reached into his pocket, pulling out a small black box with a small red bow wrapped around it. He sat back down in his seat across from me.

"Open it." He placed the box in the palm of his hand as he held it out for me to take it.

I smiled and grabbed the box. I unwrapped the red ribbon tied around the small box, and opened it to reveal a ring. A very beautiful ring.

"OH my stars. You really shouldn't have." I gasped.

"I can assure you, its not an engagement ring. Although, this ring symbolizes a promise to you. My promise that I am fully committed to you. I am yours, and yours only. Whenever you have doubts of that, I want you to look at the ring. It also contains HOS blood. This piece of jewelry will have you always have some scent on you, to let others know that you are taken, and it also doesn't force you into completing the bond. I want to make sure that you are 100% okay with completing the bond and letting you have the choice of when you bare my mark." He smiled, not taking his gaze from mine.
