Kiara's POV

I walked out of the office for a few minutes to get some air before my father got here. Decebel followed behind me.

"Babe wait." He placed his hand on my shoulder.

I turned to look into his mysterious looking eyes.

"Are you alright?" He questioned me.

"My father is really upset with me." I sighed.

"I'm sorry you had to be in the middle of that.. But I must ask. What the hell did you do to Wade?" He looked confused still.

"Long story short... I have the ability to compel others to forget." I rubbed my neck.

"How? Usually only hybrids have that kind of power." He pointed out.

"I'm the very first full blooded Lycan that can do that." I shrugged.

"Impressive." He chuckled.

"Why are your wolves eyes red?" I asked.

"There's... a lot you don't know about me." He shrugged.

"I want to know more about you." I looked at him with a smile.

"How about we plan a day where we can go out for a run and we can get to know each other more." He smiled back.

"That's if my father ever lets me out of the house again." I let out a groan.

"You know, the earlier you tell them about the bond, the more they cant keep us from each other." He looked at me in thought.

I looked down at the ground. I felt sad hearing that my father might possibly keep me away from him. Decebel stepped closer to me, lifting my chin so I could look at him.

"Your father will not keep us from each other. He can hate that were mates but keeping away from the bond isn't an option. Your father will have to deal with it if he likes it or not. More and more time that goes on, it will be easier." He looked me in the eyes.

"Promise?" I spit out the only word I could.

"I promise. It will be difficult, and what I have will make it difficult. I'm a sinner."

That made me think... What could he mean by that?

"But we will get through whatever life throws at us." He continued.

"I would have never known you had such a sweet side to you." His words made me blush.

"Only for you." He said before picking me up, wrapping my legs around his waist while he held me up.

"Put me down! I'm wearing a dress." I said shocked.

"After this."

He grabbed my face while holding me up with one arm and pulled my lips onto his. I could feel myself melt into the kiss and it felt like it was only me and him in that moment.

Blakes POV

"Thank you for calling the Academy for the Gifted this is Austin _ speaking, how may I direct your call?"

"Hello Austin. This is Blake Woods calling, can I please speak with David?" I questioned while standing inside one of the bunkers on territory.

"David Royal is meeting with one of the students right now, are you able to leave a message?" He stated.

"No, this is urgent. I need to speak with him now." I held my ground.

"Okay, please hold while I transfer your call to his office." He replied before I heard the ringing.

"This is David, I'm in the middle of something so this better be important." I heard the annoyance in his voice.

"David. This is Blake Woods."

"Blake, give me one second... Morgan, I need to take this phone call. If you could come back after second period, we can finish this discussion. Now Blake, what can I do for you? Is everything alright?" David continued.

"Everything's going the way things normally go in this pack. It's always something." I rolled my eyes.

"I definitely know how that is." David chuckled.

"What brings me to call you is my daughter got involved in a fight at school. It has something to do with her boyfriend, who I honestly cant fucking stand and the only reason I haven't rang his neck by now is because my mate wont let me. With this, there was a possibility of exposer which we cant afford to do that." I sighed in irritation.

"Well, thats the risk you take when enrolling into a human school." David stated.

"Yeah, I know. I was actually wondering if the offer was still there to transfer our kids over to the academy." I rubbed my temples.

"Of course the offer is still available. I thought your mate didn't want to transfer the kids over?" He sounded confused a bit.

"She doesn't, but at this point what choice do I really have? I need to think about whats best for my daughter and keeping my pack safe from exposure." I said in an irritated tone.

"Well, let me see what I can get together for paper work and I'll speak to my Beta about coming to transport the kids over to the academy. I can have him come as early as this afternoon." I heard David rustling through paperwork.

"Sounds good, thanks David." I said before hanging up the phone.

I let out a big sigh before I leaned back in my office chair. I understand now how much stress us kids caused my father growing up, especially me getting in trouble at school all the time. Maybe I'm a little hard on the kids, but with being Alpha to the Biggest rogue pack, there isn't much I can do. I need to think of whats best to keep the history going. There's been some bad history with this pack, I cant afford to add to it especially throughout the human world causing much exposure. I heard the office door open.

"How many times have I told you, you must let me know before- Oh hey babe." I started before seeing my clearly mad mate standing with her arms crossed.

"Don't hey babe me. This is a partnership, any huge decisions are suppose to be made between the both of us." She stomped over to my desk.

"Mia, exposure is a big no when it comes to this shit. I've ignored a lot of things but I cant ignore this. Kiara's boyfriend is a bad example on our daughter and she needs to be away from people like him." I rolled my eyes.

"There wasn't any exposure Blake. The kids are happy where they are. They have friends where they are. Why would you want to take them from that. Also, Decebel isn't a bad influence on Kiara. He's a little rough around the edges, but so wasn't my father." She fought.

"It doesn't matter if there was exposure or not! There could have been, there was that risk and we cant risk it anymore. And as for your father, he made something of himself. He made this pack in the history books. Decebel is going NO WHERE!" I argued back.

"Sending the kids to Alaska is going to make these kids heartbroken." Mia sighed.

"I just want whats best. This is whats best for our kids and the pack. They can be with kids that are just like them." I shrugged.

Mia sat down in the chair across from the desk.

"Are you alright sweetheart?" I looked her in the eyes.

"I'm just having some cramps." She rubbed her stomach.

"You're stressing out too much, my love." I chuckled.

"No, its not the stress. There's something I need to talk to you about.." She rubbed her neck.

I just looked at her in confusion.

"I'm pregnant, Blake."
