Third Person's POV

NAKATAYO si Elijah sa harap ng selda ni Natalia. The fall of the queen is painted in every Natalia's skin. In just a matter of time, she became boney, the hallow on both sides of her cheeks, the dark bags beneath her eyes, chapped lips, dress like rags stained with old and dried blood, and her hair is a mess. Elijah did not feel any amount of pity towards her. For Elijah, every bit of suffering she deserved are a well served payback.

Nakita naman si Natalia si Elijah at kahit hirap ito ay nagmadali itong lumapit sa harang. Ang maruming kamay ni Natalia ay mahigpit na kumapit sa bakal na kulungan.

"E-Elijah, tulungan mo ako...ayoko na dito, hindi ko na kaya." Nagmakaawa na saad nito at mangilid ang luha habang sinasabi iyon. "W-wala akong kasalanan. Hindi ko ginagawa ang mga ibinibintang nila sa akin. I was only set up. That bitch Alessia is jealous of what I have so she did everything to frame me. She's poisoning your mind." Parang hibang na saad nito. Her iris is dilapidated.

Hindi naman nagbago ang ekspresyon ni Elijah. Malamig pa rin iyon at hindi man lang nakitaan ng kahit kaunting awa habang nakatingin ito kay Natalia. His eyes is full of disdain.

"You're delusional. You're blaming others for your crime." Tila yelo ang boses ni Elijah na mas lalo lang nagpahibang kay Natalia. Tumutulo ang luha nito at nanlalaki ang mga mata.

"You're blind Elijah. You are blinded by that bitch. Her real plan is to overthrow us. Just look at me right now, I am already fallen and who's going to be next? Rostov? Or maybe you? She's here to destroy us...she's the devil in disguise!" Hibang na saad nito at mas lalo lang lumaki ang disgusto ni Elijah kay Natalia. Her situation made Natalia mentally unstable.

"Did the torture hit your brain? You deserve everything you have right now. You plotted against the woman I love—"

"STOP! STOP STOP STOP!" Sigaw ni Natalia at bumangis ang mukha nito. "Puro ka na lang Alessia! Alessia! Alessia! She's nothing but a mere commoner! Kung hindi lang siya ang nakatakda sa iyo, I wonder if you will even spare a glance at that bitch. Sinasabi mo na masama ako? Bakit, sa tingin mo ay walang tinatagong kasamaan ang babaeng iyon? You destroyed your own subordinate just for that filthy slut?!" Nagwawalang saad ni Natalia na halos sumabog na ang litid nito dahil sa galit.

Umaalpas din ang galit ni Elijah ngunit pinipigilan niya ang sariling mapatay ngayon din si Natalia. Elijah still wants her to suffer more and more. He hates it when someone will swear at Alessia. He doesn't like a single bit of it.

"Yes, Natalia. I don't mind destroying my subordinates just for her. Ganyan siya kaimportante sa akin and because of you she..." Hindi maituloy ni Elijah ang mga sasabihin dahil kumakalat ang sakit sa kanyang dibdib. Ayaw niyang malaman ang mga nangyari. Ayaw niyang malaman nito na iniwan siya ni Alessia.

Tumawa naman si Natalia. Isang halakhak ng isang baliw. "You're weak! That woman will be your downfall, I swear to God, Elijah. She is your demise!"

Kahit ayaw niyang aminin ay nagsasabi ito ng totoo. Alessia is indeed his downfall. But he's willing to fall in the deepest pit if it means he can have her. He's willing to lose everything for her. She is his downfall but at the same time, she is his salvation.

"There is no longer any means with your words, Natalia. Tomorrow, it will be your verdict and seems you already have an idea what will happen to you." Malamig na saad ni Elijah at tiningnan niya ng matalim si Natalia.

Tumawa naman ito ng malakas. "Do you think the council will allow you to execute me? I am the Queen of Mythion and no one is dare enough to kill me."
