What if: you're feeling uncomfortable about your body (chubby reader)

This is a "What if" scenario because I think in imagination we can picture ourselves however we want.

Speaking for myself now, I don't like my appearance at all. There isn't anything in particular that's ugly but I just...I don't like it. So when I read something like this, where I can imagine me, I always picture myself beautiful, as I want to be.

That's why this is a what if. In imagination we can be perfect, and happy. I don't like the idea of feeling ugly and hating myself even when I read, but this is just my point of view. I'm sorry if you don't like it.

Anyway, in this scenario they will meet a chubby (y/n) and fall in love with her, but in our universe, so no quirks.

«You're so fat! Why don't you just kill yourself?»they shout after you.

You run away in tears. Why do they hate you so much? You didn't do anything to them, ever! But they keep insulting you for your body weight. It's...killing you inside.

You hide under a big tree and go on crying. You hate yourself so much, you just want to die. Everybody would be happier.

«Hey, why are you crying? Are you alright?»a cute guy your age asks.

You don't want to talk to him about your problems. You know he's gonna hate you as well. Why bother him more?

«G-Go away...!»you cry out. «I know you don't care.»

«Sure I do. Here, take this. Dry your tears. Whatever happened, I'm sure it doesn't deserve your tears.»he says handing you a tissue.

You take it and dry your eyes.

«Isn't it better?»he asks smiling.

You advert your gaze and hug your legs to your chest.

«You don't have to act kind around me, I know you find me disgusting.»you murmur.

«Why would I?»he asks back.

«Because I'm fat...»you say in a whisper.

«And so? I don't have you just for that.»he says.

«You'd be the first one...»

«People can be really evil and unfair, believe me, I know. But you don't have to let them drag you down. You have to smile through adversities, just like that...»

He touches your mouth with two fingers to curl them into a smile. You're finally able to get a good look of his face: he has green messy hair, green eyes and a really beautiful smile. He's so cute!

«Yeah, you're much more cute when you smile. I'm Izuku by the way, Izuku Midoriya, but you can call me Deku. Everybody does.»

«Thanks...Deku. You're the first one who's been kind to me in a while. I'm...not used to it.»you murmur brushing your hair behind your ear, cheeks slightly red.
