CONSPIRACY CONTINUES

ALAN'S POV

Everything around me was chaos. It all started with Mayari not telling us beforehand na si Dante pala ay isang Grim Reaper. Only us, Alphas and The Council knows that they exist. But having them as an enemy? Ngayon alam ko na kung bakit ganun na lang kadali nilang napatay sila Gale at ang iba pa.

One of my assassin is misssing for weeks now. Alam kong buhay siya dahil nagta-transmit ng signal galing sa kanya ang quantum system. But his coordinates are not being read! Saan ka na naman ba napunta, Cincó?

The dilemma I'm facing now gives me more stress that I already have!

Rinig kong sigaw ng isa sa mga guards tatlong kilometro ang layo galing sa office ko.

Napabuntong-hininga na lamang ako. This had been happening for the past weeks. Kapag ang isa sa Meyris' ay nawawalan ng kontrol. Expect damages or seriously injured werewolves are involved.

Naglakad ako palabas ng office para puntahan ang pinangyarihan ng pagsabog. Good thing I transported them here. Nang isang beses na may nasaktang pup sa teritoryo ko.

"Then why are you the one suffering alone? They should have experienced this! They like fights. Why don't you give 'em?"

Napahinto ako sa sinabi niya. Oo nga ano? Bakit ako lang ang kailangang ma-stress dito! Those pups need to have a piece of my suffering!

"Arnold." Tawag ko sa Beta ko gamit ang mind link. "Ihanda mo ang lugar na pag-aari natin malapit sa Blue Moon Pack." Utos ko.

"Masusunod. Wait! What?!!" Nagugulat nitong sagot. "Have you gotten mad? Those pups are nothing but air-heads who are so full of themselves! Those chickens think they're on the same league as us! Eh marami pa silang dapat kaining bigas!" Nagagalit na dahilan nito.

"I know. I know." Sagot ko habang naka-taas ang mga kamay na parang sumusuko. "Alam mo namang masyadong bata pa ang Alpha nila. He has good reasoning and sound mind. Though his attitude fails him as a whole. But trust me on this. I cannot just let the Meyris to destroy my experiments. I need to exclude them from the others. We get both sides of the coin in this move." Paliwanag ko.
