Chapter 70: Tunnel

Y/N's POV

We are following Jesus through the tunnel that leads to Richmond. Me and Clem walk to Javi to tell him the truth. Everyone else kept up.

Y/N: Javi, we need to talk to you.

Javi: About?

Clementine: We appreciate you keeping quiet about us and the New Frontier.

Y/N: But we weren't truthful.

Clementine: We weren't prisoners. We were... one of them.

We both show him our brands.

Y/N: We should've told you at the junkyard. But we didn't know what you would do, because of what they did to Mariana and Kate.

Javi: You guys were with those monsters?!

Clementine: They're not all like that. We're not asking for forgiveness.

Y/N: But we had nothing.

Javi: Tell me you and your friends are still not one of them.

Y/N: Of course not!

Clementine: We are telling you this because if they really are in Richmond, we can't let them see us, we just can't.

Y/N: We are leaving when we get to the end of this tunnel.

Conrad: Y'all planning on joining us?

We hear him shout to us, we continue walking.

Gabe: They're everywhere!

Walkers are everywhere in the tunnel. We start killing them.

Javi: Follow me!

We follow him and we find a train.

Jesus: I didn't know there was a train in here.

Conrad: We'll be dinner if we don't get out of here.

Javi opens the train door. We see light.

Tripp: Daylight! Thank fucking god! Let's go.

Kenny: We can't let these walkers follow us out. You all go ahead, Javi, Y/N, Clem, Lee, and I will find a way to block the door.

Jesus: Make it quick!

Gabe: I'm staying too!

We hold the door while Javi jams the door with a bar.

Lee: That should hold. Now let's---

We see Conrad aiming a gun at us.

Conrad: Not another step.

Javi: What the fuck are you doing?

Conrad: I heard you talking. You think i'm stupid? Why don't all of you roll down your sleeves?

Gabe: What? Why?

Conrad: Do it! Or I put a bullet in all of you.

We roll down our sleeves, showing our New Frontier brands.

Conrad: I fucking knew it.

Javi: Lower the damn gun!

Conrad: No. You're missing the bigger picture, son. We take them to Richmond, and they give us whatever we want. Medical help for Kate! They're our bargaining chip.

Carley: They won't bargain.

Conrad: Won't know until we try.

Conrad then grabs Gabe and holds his gun to his head, causing Javi to pull his gun out.

Y/N's thoughts: You can shoot him. I don't care about him.

Javi then shoots Conrad, killing him.

Y/N's thoughts: Never mind.

Sarita: You two need to go.

Javi: What about you guys?

Duck: We'll find our way.

We then run the other way and get out of the tunnel.
