Chapter 106: Back from the greenhouse

Y/N's POV

We all got back from the greenhouse, Ruby and Mitch went to do their own things. Clem grabbed my hand.

Clementine: Let's go see AJ.

Y/N: Yeah.

We then walked in the dorms, we see Duck.

Duck: You guys are back. AJ should be in your room.

Y/N: Thanks.

We went to our room. We saw AJ asleep on his bed. I walked over to him and felt his head, it was warm, but it wasn't as bad as before.

Clementine: How is he?

Y/N: His head is still a little warm, but he's getting better.

Clementine: That's good to hear.

We then hear a knock on our door, we see Louis come in with some folded clothes.

Louis: I brought you guys these. I noticed his shirt got messed up, when...you know.

Y/N: Where did you get the shirts?

Louis: They were Tenn's, back when he got here.

He walked over to the desk and put the shirts down.

Louis: Should be about AJ's size. How's he doing?

Y/N: His fever is down. He's feeling better.

Clementine: Thank you for carrying him.

Louis: No problem, so now we have the greenhouse back. And Mitch has bombs.

Y/N: Yep.

Louis: Violet says we'll start getting ready in the morning.

Clementine: Good.

Louis: They all seem okay with letting you all stay. For now, anyway. While we get ready to fight.

Y/N: That's good to know.

Clementine: We've just wanted them to forgive us.

Louis: They're fine with you guys being here at least 'till the raiders are gone. That doesn't mean they all like you again.

Y/N: What about you?

Louis: It's fine, while he gets better.

Y/N: After that?

Louis: I don't know.

AJ wakes up.

AJ: Y/N? Clem?

Clementine: Hey, kiddo.

Y/N: How do you feel?

AJ: Better. Still hurts.

Y/N: I bet it does.

AJ: Hi, Louis.

Louis: Hey, little dude.

AJ: I missed you. Are we friends again?

Louis stays silent for a bit.

Louis: Just get some sleep. Okay?

Louis then gets ready to walk out of the door.

Y/N: Louis.

Louis stops and turns around.

Clementine: We're sorry... For everything that happened.

Louis: It wasn't all you guys. Marlon, he... Forget it. I should go.

Louis then walks out of the room.

AJ: I'm not mad at him anymore. What about you guys?

Clementine: AJ, we were never mad at him. We understand why he acted that way. Why he wanted us gone.

AJ: Me too.

Y/N: Let's look at the shirts Louis got for you. Then we'll sleep. It's been a long day.

AJ: Yeah.

Me and Clem get up and look at the shirts. Me and her spot the Disco Broccoli.

Y/N: How about Disco Broccoli?

AJ: Yes!

Clementine: Wish you could've seen this cartoon.

AJ: Me too.

Y/N: You can put this on when you feel better.

Clem takes her hat off and lays down in bed.

AJ: I can't sleep without the light.

Y/N: I'll get it.

Clementine: Goodnight, sleep tight...

AJ: Don't let a walker bite.

Y/N: And if it tries?

AJ: Bang.

I take my hat off and put it next to Clem's. I then blow out the candle and lay down next to Clem.

Clementine: Goodnight Y/N. Love you.

Y/N: Love you too. Goodnight Clem.

We kiss then go to sleep.
