Chapter 72: Reuniting with Javi

Y/N's POV

We got out of the herd and followed the sound of Javi.

Javi: Batter up fuckface!

We make it to him to see him on the ground with two walkers crawling to him, I take one walker out as Clem does the other one.

Clementine: You should probably keep a better track of this.

I help Javi up.

Y/N: We are now even.

Javi: I thought you guys were getting out of here.

Duck: We were. But we heard you yelling and decided to come back.

Javi: Oh, well come on, we're heading to a factory nearby. Should be safe.

Lee: How come you aren't in Richmond? Did New Frontier kick you out?

Kenny: I bet they did.

Javi: They didn't kick all of us out. Kate and Gabe are in there. With David.

Carley: David? That asshole's still around?

Javi: Uh, yeah. This'll sound crazy, but he's my brother.

Sarita: What are the odds of that?

Lee: Wait. David's not sending you to this factory, is he?

Javi: It's supposed to be safe.

Tripp and Jesus sees us.

Tripp: Good to see you guys again.

Clementine: Javi, you can't trust David. We learned that the hard way.

Y/N: After New Frontier. We did not want to be in groups again.

We show our brands again.

Y/N: But we had nowhere to go. New Frontier gave us this.

Clementine: It was the biggest mistake we ever made. They promised us that they would help him... But that was a goddamn lie!

She was talking about AJ. This made me sad. We told Javi about that night they took AJ from us.

Kenny: We thought he was finally the one.

Javi: The one?

Clementine: The one who didn't die.

Y/N: He also said his first words when David was leading us out. It was our names.

Clementine then started crying as she wrapped her arms around me. I comfort her. Our group hugs us. Then Javi joins in.

Clementine: Our little goofball.

We all pull away.

Y/N: It's what we getting for trusting other people.

Clementine: It's why you shouldn't trust your brother.

Y/N: Is that the factory over there?

Javi: Yeah.

Walkers came over.

Tripp: Our smelly friends are back.

We got through the fence of the factory and kept it closed until Javi got the gate sightly open.

Javi: I got it! That's as far as it'll go!

We all slide under the gate and Javi kicks the jack out to get the gate closed.
