Jisung groaned loudly when he woke up. His body felt so heavy and still felt tired despite sleeping for nearly half a day yesterday. He flipped the slightly firm but comfortable pillow over to its cooler side before flipping over, finding a new position to sleep. The room was almost pitch black, but the dark blue hue of the water outside the window was the only source of light for now.

Jisung didn't even think about how he got under the covers since he was still so tired for some reason. He moved slighter over a bit to where the bedsheets below was colder. He didn't want to sleep where it was warm from his body heat. The cool sheets and pillow made it much easier to fall asleep again.

When he woke up for the second time, the room was not any more illuminated than before. The room was still dark. The darkness kept Jisung tired almost the entire day. Jisung couldn't fully wake up. The darkness tricked his mind into thinking that it was super late at night, and so he would keep falling asleep over and over again until someone entered the room.

Jisung whimpered when bright lights from the hallway outside his room scared the darkness away. The bright lights from within the hallway blinded Jisung for a second before he quickly closed his eyes again. He was kind of irritated that he kept waking up, but he had to get up eventually.

Jisung was too tired to greet however came into the room. He just tried falling back asleep, but he whined when the bright lamp on the nightstand was turned on.

"Jisung, are you still asleep?" Chan asked with disbelief. "It is almost eleven thirty in the morning. How could you still be sleeping?"

"Chan~... go 'way," Jisung ordered tiredly like a child, turning back over to avoid the light of the lamp. For the first time, Jisung didn't want to eat. He just wanted to sleep.

"I came here to bring you some food since you weren't awake when I first came in here. I decided to let you sleep some more but I didn't expect for you to still be sleeping at this hour," Chan said, placing the plate of whatever he got on the nightstand.

"I'm sleepy. Go away," Jisung yawned, snuggling into the giant blanket and the covers. He didn't say it in a rude way, but he was tired.

"Are you one of those people that are sleepy when it rains? Is that it? Or is the darkness of this room keeping you from getting up?" The reaper tried to figure out.

"It's raining?" Jisung's rasped out, on the verge of falling asleep again.

"Yes. There is a tropical storm going on right now. The sun has been blocked all morning, so we haven't gotten sunlight. I am guessing this room is soundproof because I can't hear the thunder in here," Chan observed, making Jisung hum.

"Cool," Jisung murmured sleepily, throwing the blanket over his head to get away from the light.

"Han Jisung! Get up and eat!" Chan demanded as he yanked the blanket right off his body, making Jisung curl into a ball because of how cold it was.

Jisung turned over to look at Chan. "Hey! Give me that back! It's c-" Jisung gasped when he saw the light shine into Chan's hood. For a slight second, he saw a face, but thanks to his morning, blurry vision, he didn't get a good look. "AH!! I saw your face!" Jisung yelled, pointing to Chan.

"No you didn't," Chan quickly replied as he pulled the giant hood of his robe over his face again, making it harder to see than before. He wondered why the male was so mysterious or what he even looked like.

Jisung felt stupid for just now noticing the small accent the male had. He said 'no' a bit differently. The accent was strong when he said it. Chan would usually talk in a lifeless, emotionless voice when he talked, but he could that Chan was slowly lighting up to him. The accent was a bit more noticeable now that he stopped talking in a monotonic, lifeless voice.
