Jisung was exhausted.

He was currently resting on the comfortable sofa in the living room since he felt like he didn't have the energy to travel back up the staircases to his bedroom. Very early in the morning when Hyunjin first woke up, he had woken up Jisung so they could quickly go into the laboratory since he had something else he needed to do later in the day. The villain had taken a lot of his blood, gave him two weird looking pills, and had given him a small amount of pink, liquid medicine for whatever reason.

His lover had assured him that the medicine was to numb his mind and feel at ease since Jisung had told Hyunjin he felt like he was having a mental battle every day. It had been a few hours since his visit at the laboratory with Hyunjin and the affects of the two pills and medicine were finally taking effect on his body. The amount of blood taken from him did leave him feeling weak and tired, but now he felt like he was about to lose consciousness because of how dizzy he felt now. After feeding the cats and attempting to walk back upstairs, the dizziness and drowsiness suddenly struck him hard which resulted in Jisung now lying on the couch.

The poor boy felt like he was high and drunk. He felt like he was floating or levitating. For once, Jisung had no thoughts running through his head. He felt unbelievably calm but he also felt like he was in agony. It was a feeling the male couldn't describe. He felt so tired and exhausted, but he just couldn't fall asleep. He was completely dazed and out of control, but again, he felt calm.

The male was lying on his side with his back up against the cushions. He had a small pillow his head was resting on but he didn't have a blanket. He wished he did have one since he was cold, but Jisung felt like he would collapse if he got up. With his eyes closed, the darkness seemed to swirl around because of the dizziness. By lying down on the sofa, he hoped to ease the dizziness.

Soonie hopped onto the sofa, let out a soft meow, and started to snuggle up against his stomach since he was on his side hoping to get some rubs or pats. Unfortunately, Jisung was too out of it to pet Soonie. He was exhausted and all he wanted to do now was sleep, even if that meant sleeping out here in the living room.

The sofa was very comfortable unlike the rough, small pillow he had. His body sunk down into the material of the sofa, leaving him feeling like he was on a cloud with the help of the drugs he had been given recently. Soonie was providing only a small amount of warmth, but the male did enjoy Soonie's company since there was no one else around. He hasn't been spending any time with the cats simply because he is always around Hyunjin.

He wasn't with him at the moment because apparently the villain had a meeting with another villain group that he had forgotten the name of. He wasn't allowed to be with Hyunjin, so he decided to try to pass the time by taking a shower and cleaning up a bit. Eventually, he would go downstairs to feed the cats, but the effects of the drugs he had consumed and was injected with finally took effect. He didn't know how much longer Hyunjin would be gone, but he hoped it would be soon because he was already yearning for his company and affection.

Jisung hasn't noticed it himself, but he was subconsciously whimpering and letting out soft noises of what sounded to be agony. He just couldn't go to sleep no matter how heavy his eyes or body felt. He felt like he was losing his senses, but not his consciousness. He didn't know what exactly was happening to him but he didn't question it either for some reason. His mind was just empty of thought. All he wanted to do was to fall asleep or for Hyunjin to come back.

Jisung suddenly felt a lot warmer after God knows how long its been. A soft and comforting blanket had been thrown over Jisung's shivering body and the male failed to notice it right away. Soonie stayed under the blanket rather than moving out from underneath since it was warm. Soonie also didn't want to leave Jisung.
