Jisung couldn't go back to sleep after that moment. Hyunjin kissed him on the forehead. Jisung almost felt like squealing but also slapping Hyunjin across the face for making his feelings grow again. He was embarrassed by how obviously affected he was after the simple kiss. If Hyunjin didn't know he affected him before, he definitely knew now.
Jisung swore that he had forgotten every bad thing about Hyunjin in that very moment. The small kiss against his forehead also confirmed that he did indeed have feelings for Hyunjin. Despite knowing what he has done, Jisung somehow didn't care anymore. With the way he was reacting by a small kiss on the forehead, Jisung couldn't imagine how he would react if they did anything more. The thoughts and images made him blush. He was beginning to feel like a teenage girl simping over her favorite celebrity.
Jisung finished his dumplings rather slowly when Hyunjin left him alone. He couldn't stop thinking about it. Jisung could distinctly remember the feeling of Hyunjin's lips against his forehead since it hadn't been that long since he done it. His lips were softer than he imaged, but the thing that he loved about the simple kiss was that it wasn't rushed or quick like Minho's goodbye kisses.
Jisung didn't know if emotions went along with the kiss or not, but that's what it felt like to him. There was a big difference between Hyunjin's forehead kiss with Minho's. Jisung hardly reacted to Minho's kisses, but that wasn't surprising considering that he didn't love him like he used to when they first got together. He didn't care if people would judge him, but he honestly wouldn't mind if Hyunjin took him completely away from Minho.
He was in the dark. His room was pitch black thanks to them being underwater at night. Jisung was wide awake though. He couldn't stop thinking about it and it was annoying. Normal people would've probably stopped thinking about it by now, but Jisung couldn't. He was only with his thoughts. He had no distractions so it allowed his thoughts to endlessly continue.
Jisung's face was probably redder than a cherry since he could feel the heat radiating from his cheeks. He decided to get up from the bed to go grab a drink from the kitchen. Maybe watch a movie out in the living room to clear his head.
Jisung opened the door quietly before stepping out into the hallway with the long hallway rug canceling out the volume of his footsteps. He walked down the hallway, past the giant staircase, past the living room, and into the kitchen. It was quite a walk since every room and hallway seemed to be massive but he was used to living in a mansion by now.
Jisung opened the refrigerator and grabbed a water bottle. He wasn't in the mood for soda at this time of day, or night. He leaned up against the counter with one of his elbows propped on it. He took a few sips of the cold water, feeling a bit more refreshed. The water seemed to cool down his burning face and when his lips parted from the bottle, a heavy, relieved sigh escaped.
He suddenly heard a snort. "What's wrong with you?" A voice suddenly spoke up, making Jisung flinch in fear.
"Oh my- what is up with you guys giving me heart attacks?" Jisung whispered yelled, seeing Changbin standing a few feet away from him. He didn't understand how he didn't hear any footsteps.
"Well, there is definitely something wrong with you. The fact that you didn't hear me walk in and that you sighed very loudly gives me the idea that something was up," Changbin affirmed with crossed arms.
"There is nothing wrong. I was thirsty and the cold water seemed to hit the right spot," Jisung simply shrugged, twisting the cap back on.
"Mhm. For a second, I thought you were doing something else but there was no way someone would have the guts to do it in a kitchen where people could catch you. I saw the water bottle a bit late since it's quite dark in here," Changbin chuckled, making Jisung's eyes widen at Changbin's conclusion.
