It was strange when a robot started to give Jisung his daily meal instead of the silver-haired male. He figured something was going on which required him, so Jisung had robots occupying him from time to time giving him what he needed. The robots would have looked like real humans if they had skin on them.
The robots were at least two inches taller than him, but they were stronger than him. Jisung didn't doubt that these robots were programmed to have fighting skills and other abilities that he didn't know about. He wondered if robots were guarding the entire building as well.
Jisung studied the robots every time they would come in. In movies, robots seemed easy to destroy since they weren't human. Most robots had a blind spot or a weak point in the movies and that was exactly what Jisung was looking for. He wanted to get out of here and he saw this as a perfect opportunity, but it required patience.
Jisung was given two meals a day, so he used that to keep track of each day. It had only been two days since the robot started to come in. The robot was armed with a weird-looking pistol on its hip each time and moved in a specific way each day. Jisung decided to test a few things before he planned his escape.
Jisung needed to be careful about this. He ended up finding a very small rock in the corner of the room he was in. When the robot came in to set down the tray of food on the floor and turned away to exit, Jisung quickly threw the small rock into the bathroom which ended up hitting the wall in the bathroom. The noise that was created made the robot stop and walk into the bathroom to investigate.
Jisung was amazed that the robot had some sort of intelligence to it. When the robot thoroughly checked the bathroom, it walked out and exited the room. Jisung was now able to confirm from this that the robots acted just like a guard. They were able to see and hear and they were programmed in a way to check suspicious activities.
For his next test, Jisung decided to find out if the robots talked. He asked the robot if they could help him escape, but the reply he kept getting was.
"I am not commanded to do so."
The robots were able to talk, so there was no doubt that these robots were able to communicate with each other. Jisung didn't know what else he could test, but eventually, he became impatient and started to plan his escape which he hoped would work.
Jisung's heart was pounding against his chest when the door opened, revealing the familiar robot that visited him for quite a while with a metal tray in its hand. Jisung couldn't help but wonder where the silver-haired male was. Why the sudden change?
The male watched the robot like a hawk when it bent down to place the tray on the floor, the exact same position every time. The robot seemed to have one route every time unless something suspicious happened. The robot still had its weird-looking pistol on its hip. Perfect.
Jisung watched the robot stand back up fully before turning around to walk out the door. This was his chance. It was now or never and Jisung couldn't afford to stay here any longer.
Jisung threw the blanket off of him, got off the bed, and sprinted towards the robot with his chain clanking against the ground violently. The loud noise made the robot turn around to see what was going on, but before it could, Jisung kicked it behind the knee roughly, making it collapse to the ground with a loud crash.
Jisung yanked the pistol off its hip which didn't take too much force. The metal of the robot seemed to be some sort of magnet which allowed the weird-looking gun to stick to its side. He was caught off guard when the robot quickly turned onto its back on the ground and kick Jisung hard in the stomach, making him stumble back and gasp when the air was kicked out of his lungs.
