Felix had a ringing in his ears after that last sentence he heard.

According to the news, there was going to be a category five hurricane that had a possibility of severly damaging most of the cities closer to the coast. Many residents fled into Seoul only to be told that the heroes were evacuating the citizens there as well. Many of them were provided with transportation and it had been going on for a few of days now.

He didn't know why people were evacuating one of the most heavily guarded or protected cities in the world, but he figured that there was something else that the government wasn't telling them. If he was thinking that, then there were probably many more also sharing the same thought. He wondered if anyone asked about it yet, but that wasn't the main problem for him at the moment.

Felix had been called into Soobin's office that was in the facility that he would visit for his therapy. He was hoping to receive good news talking about his improving health or anything relating to his family, but that wasn't the case. The news that Soobin had just shared with him was the complete opposite. The disbelief overwhelmed him to the point that he couldn't even think of a response.

His eyes had grown wide and he couldn't find the will to breathe. When he did inhale though, it was shaky: fearful. The exhaling of air could be heard as he breathed out with his mouth but the longer the silence continued, the more audible his irregular breathing became. Soobin saw this coming and he couldn't help but sigh loudly.

"I'm... sorry. I thought it was best that you should know," the doctor softly said.

"W-....why?"

"He has a Grim Reaper curse which is a very rare genetic mutation with the superhuman chromosomes. Because most of them die a day after they are born, we have little to no information about them. If it were me, I wouldn't have done this due to the families effected by his actions, but I'm sorry to admit that hidden information about superhumans is much more important to the Hero's Organization," Soobin explained calmly, but there was some amount of anger in his expression.

Felix could hear his heart in his ears. He was starting to panick, but he could feel a bubbling sensation starting to brew inside him. His fingers tightened around the ends of the chair arms as a result to his growing frustration. His eyes were starting to sting due to his new emotions, but his anger was getting to the better of him. Despite knowing he was starting to panick, he still continued on with his questions that he believed would be endless.

"How... could you?" Felix seethed with his tone slightly louder.

"Felix, it wasn't my-"

"You just let it happen? Did you agree with them?! Why are they cutting off his sentence? Why aren't you guys experimenting on him without a contract like you guys did before?! I don't care if he dies or suffers, but I sure as hell care about the fact that he gets to walk free after all of this if he survives! After everything he has done to me and so many other people! It's... It-.... It's despicable! This isn't fair to all those people that lost loved ones because of him!" Felix screamed and he could feel his heart quickening.

"Felix... please calm down," Soobin softly begged. When Soobin's eyes drifted away from Felix's, the freckled male couldn't help but stop. Despite not having abilities, he felt like he could sense the guilt Soobin was feeling. "I know this is unfair to you and to everyone else. They planned on keeping this information from you, but... I thought you should know."
