Hyunjin ended up liking spending time with Jisung more than he thought. The fact that Jisung promised to no escape and was confirmed to be true by Chan made things a lot more easier for him. Hyunjin didn't have to worry about Jisung escaping at all, but even if Hyunjin no longer had to worry about watching over him, Hyunjin found himself spending time and checking up on him more than he thought. Mostly because he was too precious and he found it absolutely adorable how Jisung wanted to follow him everywhere he went so he wouldn't be bored.

The sudden amount of time they spent together, even if they were just talking, made Jisung's very small feelings grow bigger. For the past week or so, Jisung had gotten a lot closer to Chan since Hyunjin would train and Changbin would go out since he had a lower profile than the rest of them and looked the most natural since he wore regular clothing most of the time.

Jisung rarely talked to Changbin, but he could tell that they were getting closer in a way. Jisung found out that Changbin had the elemental power of water when Jisung teased him and Changbin sent the water flying into his face out of his water bottle. Jisung was stunned and immediately questioned him about it. He could see how his turquoise eyes represented his power in a way... but he was expecting a darker blue color for water.

Jisung never teased Changbin again when he threatened to drown him in a bathtub which he could easily do. The relationship he had with Changbin was still a work in progress, but it didn't really seem to be getting anywhere which was kind of frustrating, but Chan was always there to talk or hang out with.

Hyunjin would usually come back to the mansion late at night after doing a full day's worth of whatever he does, but he took break days. He would usually spend it with Jisung or Chan, but it was more of Jisung. They would just talk. Nothing more. Yet, Jisung started to crave being closer.

Jisung and Hyunjin sat on the couch one day and talked about random things. He learned a lot about Hyunjin during that one talk. The ravenette tended to be overdramatic and pouty, which Jisung found adorable considering going the fact that he was most likely a sadist deep down. His mind wasn't even thinking of the possibilities that all these "innocent" sides of Hyunjin were just acts. He was letting his guard down and allowing Hyunjin to get close to him, but he was getting closer to Hyunjin himself, so he didn't care.

The brunette talked about his very boring and ordinary life to Hyunjin as a way to allow Hyunjin to learn about him. However, Jisung also did it so he could observe Hyunjin. While speaking, Jisung noticed how Hyunjin held eye contact, sat still and attentive, and listened closely. It was sign of attention and complete interest, and Jisung couldn't help but be happy. It would bring him down if Hyunjin didn't care which was to be expected, but the fact that he did seem to care was what made Jisung overjoyed.

For a week and a half, all they did was talk, but Jisung wanted was craving more attention from the male. Seeing Hyunjin in leather almost everyday made him feel a type of way every time. His sudden attraction towards Hyunjin rose with every day. The male couldn't control his feelings, but Jisung could tell that he was started to like Hyunjin, but he and Hyunjin barely knew each other. Jisung wanted to learn about Hyunjin. In order for his feelings to grow stronger, Jisung had to know Hyunjin, inside and out.

Jisung thought his feelings for the villain grew too much. Too much to the point it scared him. Hyunjin knew Jisung, but he didn't know Hyunjin. They weren't that close, so the fact that his feelings grew so much scared him. They were also hostage and captor, and he felt like it was extremely wrong to like him. So, Jisung decided to lessen his time with Hyunjin or tried to.

It was wrong. His feelings for Hyunjin were wrong. Hyunjin was his captor. No matter how good he seemed, Hyunjin still murdered. He still kidnapped him. He still stole. He wasn't a perfect being, but despite knowing all of that, it didn't seem to lessen his liking towards him and Jisung hated it. Jisung dated a hero and it didn't work out. It didn't even work out well, so how was him being with a villain going to be better?
