"So, how did you find out your power? Gravity," Jisung couldn't help but ask out of sheer curiosity. He wanted to test how much information he could get the villain to share with him since he appeared to be in a really good mood at the moment. His curiosity was definitely going to get him killed one day though.

Hyunjin hummed in thought, trying to recollect the memory of where his superhuman life began. Fortunately for Jisung, Hyunjin didn't seem to hesitate to share. "Well, me and my... family lived in a normal sized house on the outside of the city where the country was surrounding us. Seeing the stars, Symbal, and Neru were clear as day from where we lived."

"A superhuman turning the age of nine should receive some kind of temptation or wanting to do something that helps them realize their ability. When I went outside on the porch one night and looked at the sky and saw one of the moons, I had a sudden craving to walk on it. I all of a sudden wanted to hop around with low gravity and glide across the air... and without realizing it, I started to pretend I was on the moon. I started jumping and before I knew it... my body was surrounded by a purple glow and the gravity suddenly changed for me."

Jisung giggled, his mind trying to picture tiny Hyunjin floating around outside his house. In his mind, it was funny but cute. "Were you scared?"

"No. I was excited because my dream could come true," Hyunjin's lips faltered just a bit, making a very small frown. He suddenly chuckled sadly, body tensing a little when his filled with memories he wished to forget.

"My dream as a kid was to... to become a hero."

If Jisung was drinking water, he would have snorted it out his nose at the unexpectance. He was not expecting that at all, but the fact that Hyunjin ended up turning into a villain instead of a hero meant that something really must have happened to change. What went wrong?

"R-Really?" Hyunjin nodded, making Jisung hesitantly ask, "What... happened?"

"Jisung, there is a myth that... that many heroes believe. Superhumans can sometimes have unnatural eye colors such as green o-or purple like mine, but they are judged automatically by the shade or the tint of the color. Many people believe that superhumans with dark shades will turn out as villains because the color is close to black, which stands for evil according to the Hero's Organization. Eye colors are... a very big deal."

Jisung frowned, looking at Hyunjin's eyes. His eyes were a dark purple, but they were absolutely beautiful. Hyunjin's iris was unique since it had two different shades of dark purple around his pupil, but they were so close to being the same color that it was impossible to notice. Jisung loved his eyes.

"My dreams were crushed when I-I told my parents. I didn't know about the myth or legend, but m-my parents did..." Hyunjin continued, but Jisung could tell it was getting harder for him to continue. The taller's breathing was getting shaky and his voice was wavering and stuttering.

"They were... afraid of me... Jisung. The people I loved most were afraid of me," Hyunjin looked down, making Jisung's heart break. The younger was sensitive and affected greatly by sad stories, so he couldn't help but show his sympathy for the villain.

Jisung crawled forward and embraced Hyunjin from the front before leaning back until his back hit the mattress beneath, taking Hyunjin down with him. Hyunjin rested on his side next to Jisung while he rested his head on Jisung's chest. The comforting smell of his own body wash on Jisung made the ravenette snuggle into him subconsciously, feeling better when Jisung was the one comforting him.

Jisung didn't notice until he did it that this was how Minho used to comfort him when he was sad or overwhelmed.

"I am sorry that happened, Jinnie," Jisung whispered, wrapping an arm around Hyunjin with his other one playing with his slightly damp black hair. The brunette felt Hyunjin place his left leg over Jisung's own, trying to get as close as possible to him which he achieved.
