Jisung was in the laboratory, restrained.
His feet were bare and flat up against the circular stand, but his ankles were shackled in some metal like cuffs that held him down with no possibility of moving. His hands were also restrained and were held above him by some machine. He had no way of moving, but he trusted Hyunjin to not kill him.
Jisung's upper body was exposed since his shirt was off, but it was easier for Hyunjin to attach some weird magnets or whatever they were to his body with wires. He didn't know what they were, but they stuck to his skin and caused no pain. They were cold against his skin and it was a little bit uncomfortable. One was where his heart would be, two on each arm, and two on each side of his abdomen. He was guessing they were sensors for something, but he wasn't sure. He was no scientist unlike the ravenette male over there.
"Jinnie, what are going to do? I've been standing here forever," Jisung whined, looking at his boyfriend who was seated with a clipboard in hand and reading glasses settled on the bridge of his nose with some of his long black hair falling over the lenses.
"Be patient, darling. I am writing down your heartbeat and your physical condition down before I start anything," Hyunjin informed as he wrote something down on the paper that was attached to the clipboard, not looking up.
Jisung sighed before he waited patiently. He was getting tired of standing here since it had been around half an hour of Hyunjin preparing his experiments on him. He was told some of them will hurt, but it wouldn't be too painful. Hopefully at least. The villain promised him that he would be as gentle and careful as possible.
It didn't take long for Hyunjin to stand up though and make his way to the table of syringes and scalpels. He placed his clipboard down before his fingers grabbed a small silver scalpel, making Jisung shift uncomfortably on his restrained feet. The brunette watched as Hyunjin walked over to him with the small weapon in hand, making a small amount of fear and discomfort bubble inside him.
"Do you trust me?" Hyunjin asked as he stepped right in front of Jisung.
The younger eyes flickered to the small scalpel. "Yes," Jisung answered quietly. He already agreed to everything beforehand, but it seems as though Hyunjin needed more reassurance which made him somewhat happy that Hyunjin asked beforehand.
Hyunjin raised his hand with the scalpel and brought it towards Jisung's bicep which was right beside his head since his hands were restrained above. The male felt the sharp, cold blade make contact with his skin before Hyunjin suddenly added pressure, making Jisung let out a painful cry and squirm immediately.
The blade penetrated his skin and his muscle before Hyunjin made a clean slice; blood instantly gushing out of the wound while Jisung let out a small scream. His reaction was to bring his hands down and clench onto the wounds but he couldn't. A tear slipped down his cheek which was wiped away by Hyunjin's thumb.
"Shhh, it's okay. It's okay, Sungie. The pain will be over very soon," Hyunjin whispered comfortingly as he cupped his cheek. Jisung leaned into his hand and closed his eyes, sniffling and crying softly.
Hyunjin watched the wound closely. His theory was correct when he assumed Jisung was able to receive the power of superhuman regeneration. He watched the wound slowly close before turning back into a normal patch of skin. The blood was still there, but the wound itself was completely healed.
