Night and day were no different in Seoul. For days now, the hurricane made its way over the city and hovered above unnaturally. Rain poured down mercilessly on homes, people, and the environment. The winds refused to die down and the giant bolts of purple lighting struck down on the city, destroying and creating flames of purple that required heroes to battle it with their abilities. Restlessly, the heroes worked hard to ensure the citizens safety all while they tried to find the culprit behind the hurricane.

In the Headquarters' main building, a man stood at the top level with his body facing the glass window that overlooked the city's landscape. With the help of the mountain's elevation and the height of the tower, the man would've been able to see hundreds of miles ahead, but his eyes could see nothing but darkness. Flashes of purples could be seen in the distance that would light the environment up for a brief second which allowed him to see the amount of destruction that had been created before it was once again covered in darkness.

With his hands behind his back and his fingers twiddling a pen, the man couldn't help but inhale deeply. With his ability, he couldn't find anyone that was responsible for such a disaster. No matter how much he scanned the city, all the information that popped up in his vision was useless. He couldn't spot any villains with how dark the storm made the area. His small earpiece never stopped emitting the commands or instructions that were given out to other heroes. With his rank, it was important to listen to what was happening and important to be prepared to give out an order.

"It's truly fascinating how a regular human could become such a dangerous villain," a voice spoke with admiration behind the standing male. "This will require new laws and more investigations with these... liquids of ours."

Jackson turned around to look at the male who had spoken only to realize that he was sitting down at his desk with his feet propped up on the surface. His fingers, wrapped in numerous large bands, were messing around with a rubik's cube as he tried multiple twists and turns to solve it. He was in no rush to figure it out and he was definitely not alarmed by the storm. Jackson automatically assumed that the male didn't care for the well-being of the citizens and he could feel a small spark of anger ignite inside of him.

"That can be arranged after we take care of him. What do you plan on doing? The culprit is still out there and it has been three days already. The city is already flooding and our heroes are exhausted. We can't keep this up for much longer," the Head Assistant spoke as he walked towards the Hero's Organization current CEO.

The cube inside the palms of the CEO was a huge contrast in colors since the male wore an all black-out attire. The office was already dark and Jackson wouldn't have been able to make out his face if it weren't for the flashes of lighting outside that allowed his ability to identify him. The CEO's wavy, black hair was pushed back and held in a small ponytail which exposed the dangling pair of earrings he wore. Flashes of purple would reflect off of it and Jackson couldn't help but worry about the reflection giving away their position.

The CEO twisted another column of the cube which completed the red side only. He observed the cube again before continuing and speaking. "The boy has been confirmed to be a lover of Moral who Sinister despises greatly. However, that was nothing but an assumption on Moral's part. Sinister hates all heroes. The only reason why Moral was targeted was because of his popularity and his contributions to our society. Yes... perhaps they did have a past, but there's more to it than that. Sinister's hatred for our organization is the main reason for all of his actions."

"Doesn't that give you a wake up call? We should be doing things differently! We can't keep bribing parents to give up their children. It's just... not right," Jackson's words softened at the end. "Our system is causing too many problems. Mental problems with our superhuman children."
