Jisung woke up first for once. It had been a while since he woke up before Hyunjin because he would always go to his work floor right after waking up, so Jisung considered this a blessing. He felt a bit hot since he was under a thick blanket and had Hyunjin's leg over his while he was pressed into his chest, but it was comforting.

Jisung moved his head out of Hyunjin's chest to look at his resting facial features. His hair was no longer hiding his eyes due to its shorter length, but Jisung really did miss his long hair. He was happy to hear that Hyunjin was going to grow it out again just because Jisung seemed to like it so much. He kind of wanted to see Hyunjin in a different color, but he thought that his black hair with his purple highlights couldn't be topped by any other color.

The villain was letting out soft, steady snores every couple of seconds. Jisung didn't have any intention of disturbing his boyfriend's sleep, but he didn't know how long he would be sleeping since Hyunjin hasn't slept his normal amount of hours per night ever since Jeongin and Felix managed to find their hideout. It was going to happen sooner or later, but the fact that the Hero's Organization was getting closer to them was probably getting to Hyunjin. Even Jisung.

The male grabbed Hyunjin's wrist to lift his arm and move it off from around his waist. The deep sleep Hyunjin was in gave Jisung the advantage to get up from the bed and leave the room without waking him up. He visited Felix yesterday, but now he was wanting to visit Jeongin. He wanted to ask the younger some questions such why he was with Felix even though he told him he wasn't a part of the investigation. It was clear that Felix had some role in it, but Jeongin?

Jisung trotted down the stairs lazily and made his way into the kitchen. He wanted to grab something quick to eat like an apple or something, but when he entered the kitchen, he didn't expect to see Changbin. The silver-haired male had an arm on the kitchen island while his other hand was blocking his face as if he was tired or worn out. When Jisung took a step forward, he felt bad for making the other jump a bit.

"Oh, morning, Sung. I didn't hear you come in," Changbin greeted in a weird tone that Jisung was unable to identify. The shorter had an aura that seemed to be depressed almost.

"Morning, Bin. Are you okay?" Jisung worried, walking over to the shorter to stand closer to him.

"Just... had another argument with Chan again yesterday. It was infront of the hostage as well which was... quite embarrassing," Changbin chuckled, but Jisung could tell it was fake and sad. The mention of Chan caught his attention though.

"Another argument yesterday? With Chan? Did he come back?" Jisung asked, making Changbin nod. "So... you guys argued infront of Felix? When? I was there yesterday but I didn't sense any of you."

"It was in the afternoon. I was surprised to see Chan already talking to Felix, but Chan looked upset to see me... or upset about what I did to Felix."

They went quiet for a moment before Jisung spoke up again. "He still has feelings for Felix... doesn't he?"

"Most likely. I guess it makes sense if he does. He protected Felix from someone that helped him through his years of despair," Changbin painfully admitted. "Love... does some crazy things to people."

"So... what do you plan on doing about situation? About Felix and Chan?" Jisung questioned, making Changbin sigh. He could tell Changbin was holding himself back from breaking down.

"I... I don't know. I told Chan I would leave Felix alone, but then again, knowing that Chan loves Felix, I am scared that he will set Felix free or something," Changbin answered, his voice accidentally cracking a bit.

"Do you know where the other hostage is? Jeongin? The hero?" Jisung described, trying to change the subject a bit.

"I would guess that he is in Hyunjin's secret torture room. That hero harmed you, so I am guessing that Hyunjin did some pretty terrible things to him. Don't be shocked when you see his state," Changbin cautioned, making Jisung nod.
