Sundays are the days where I get a little more time to take care of my health.
Sticking with my office chair for the whole day and having limited physical activities throughout the week; this is the only day when I really get some time to shed some sweat. The rush for my office in entire week, limits my time in my personal gym which we have in our home.

Like my usual sundays, I slipped into my black sports bra and my grey tights for the work out. I also picked up my loose sleeveless tee to pull over my deep necked sports bra to cover my cleavage. But I skipped wearing it as I'm totally alone in this house to get any uncomfortable vibes from - you know who.

It's mostly fun to burn off some fat along with my sister, hearing her fun chit chats, but today she won't be accompaning me, as she and Zack had left for their late night party and from where they have not returned yet.
I walked out of my room, holding a small towel and my sipper bottle in my hands and reached the workout room. I played my favorite track through audio speakers which is placed all around the room for better sound effects.
After a few moments I was running in full motion on my treadmill. Music of my favourite band boomed soothingly around and supplied me more power to push myself further. Then after running for some while I started to feel a little tired and switched the machine in a walking mode, which slowly let it's wheel roll calmly letting me take a pleasure walk on it.
