"Mein ." Oz began. "Perhaps a simple letter is the more appropriate way to approach this situation rather than your...elaborate plan."

Fischl looked at her loyal familiar while holding some rope and cloth in her hands. She dropped the items and tapped her finger on her chin in thought.

"A letter? A written confession? Good thinking. I, Fischl, shall convey my feelings in written form and fates shall decide her answer!" Fischl sweeped the items off her desk and dramatically slapped a piece of paper on the wooden surface. She plopped down in her chair and plucked her quill from it's ink jar.

Fischl spent the next hour pouring her thoughts and feelings into her letter. Oz was perched on the corner of the desk patiently observing Fischl and listening to her senseless muttering. Every now and then, he would offer his own thoughts when she wrote something that might be...confusing to others.

One hour, 10 scratched out papers, and 1 bottle of ink later, Fischl held her letter in front of her proudly.

"Success! It is done. I shall captivate her heart as the universe planned." Fischl exclaimed, doing a little twirl while holding the letter out in front of her.

Oz, from where he was perched, let out a discrete sigh of exasperation. He didn't think this was going to go so well with Fischl's...unique communication style.

"W-wait! Mein !" Shouted Oz with urgency in his voice. He gave a powerful flap of his wings and flew after Fischl who had taken off suddenly. Oz flew to the market area of the city and frantically looked around.

"M-Mein !" Oz groaned in exasperation. Oz flew to Fischl's side but a little too late to assist her in her delivery of the letter. Oz shook his head in embarrassment as he looked at you.

Your face was as red as a pyro vision. You were just sitting at your favourite table enjoying your sandwich when a hyperactive and eccentric woman appeared in front of you. You were about to say hi when she startled you by slamming a sheet of paper on your table. Your plate and glass clattered a bit before settling again.

You were so shocked you let out a little scream. You looked at the blonde woman with wide eyes as she rambled on about...you don't even know what. You only caught a few phrases here and there and it confused you even more what she was talking about when she kept mentioning 'fate' and something about a 'prinzessin'? Was she calling herself a princess...?

You sharply turn your head when you notice a purple...raven...flying towards you.

"H-hi?" You squeaked out, your face burning in embarrassment.

"M-my apologies." The raven said much to your astonishment. "This is mein f, Fischl, the Prinzessin der Veruteilung. It is a pleasure to meet you, (Y/N)."

You blinked your eyes slowly. "Y-you know my name?" You asked, perplexed.

"Indeed. I apologize for mein f's forwardness. She has written a letter addressed to you."

You stare at the letter in shock. With careful fingers you grab the paper and skim over the messy scrawl. Truth be told, you had zerooo idea what the words were even saying! You understood the words individually, but combined together in sentences? No clue.

Oz noticed the confusion on your face. He had expected this, his lady was not always the most straightforward with her words. He flew towards you and landed on your table before hopping a bit closer to your ear.

"Mein Fn, means to say that she admires you and would like you to accompany her for a meal one night." Oz explained diplomatically.

You gasped and looked at him with wide eyes. You move your head a little to look around him and stare at the blonde woman who appeared to be in her own little world as she did slow twirls.

Oz noticed your furrowed brows and assumed that you probably thought Fischl was...weird and he hurried to reassure you that his fraulein is nothing but kind and caring if not a little eccentric.

"I-if you would give mein fraulein a chance....you will come to realize she is good company.

Oz noticed your hesitation and sighed. He softly explained to you something you didn't know. "Mein Fn has been attempting to convey her feelings to you for nearly 3 months now. In fact, she has written many letters but this was the first that she did not destroy."

Your eyes widened at this shocking information. "R-really?"

"Indeed. I am not one to tell lies."

You nodded wordlessly and looked down at the letter in your hand. Your eyes rolled over every word, still not making much sense to you. Because of that, you were very grateful for this raven's translations. Your grip tightened on the letter before you neatly folded the letter into threes.

You smile at the raven. "Thank you for explaining this to me." You say, lifting the letter. "May I know your name?"

"My name is Oz. It is a pleasure to meet you." Oz dipped his head in a polite bow.

You giggle at his posh behaviour. A movement caught your attention in the corner of your eye and you turned to see Fischl. Your eyes softened a tad as you regarded the woman with the new information that Oz provided you.

"Could you do me a favour Oz?" Oz tilted his head. "Of course, if it is within my abilities."

You smile and begin to stand up. "Please tell your lady that I would be happy to accompany her to dinner this week. I must get back to work now but I'm sure we will run into each other again."

Oz chuckled, a little relieved that you finally decided to give Fischl a chance.

"Of course. Thank you for being open minded about Mein Fn's actions."

You giggled and nodded. You dropped a quick peck on top of Oz's head before wishing him a good day.

You had a happy little skip in your step as you made your way through the city. You kept thinking back to the blonde woman and her peculiar companion. It was such a sweet gesture by her to confess to you that way, how could you realistically say no to her in the end? You couldn't.
