"I want squad one and two to camp along the western river. Squad three and four will camp on the eastern border. Survey the area and report back to me the location of the enemy." Sara shouted at the soldiers.

A resounding "yes commander" filled the open area.

Sara crossed her arms and watched her troops disperse. Once they were all gone, she left the field and made her way back to the city.

Sara slipped into Tenshukaku. She walked past several servants who greeted her with respect. She gave a polite nod but otherwise didn't say anything else to them.

Sara slid the door to her bedroom open. Since she was part of the well-respected Kojou clan and a favourite of the shogun, she had a spacious and lavish room. Sara closed the door behind her. She closed her eyes and leaned her head back, taking a deep inhale.

"Tough day today?" A calm voice asked.

Sara opened her eyes, and they widened in surprise.

"M'Lady." Sara greeted with the utmost respect, she knelt before her Excellency.

Ei crossed her legs and leaned back. "No need for such formality when it's just the two of us, Sara." Ei chuckled.

"Come here." Ei ordered.

Sara stood up and Ei watched Sara approach her meekly. It always amazed her how her most fearsome commander could turn into such a shy thing in her presence. But she loved seeing that hint of Sara's submissive side.

"Closer." Instructed Ei, as she curled her index finger towards herself. Ei smirked to herself when she saw the light blush appear on Sara's cheeks.

Ei uncrossed her legs and once Sara was close enough, she grabbed a hold of her wrist and pulled an unsuspecting Sara onto her lap.

Sara's first instinct was to get up but Ei had a strong hold of her waist. She couldn't possibly compete against the strength of a god.

"You seemed exasperated earlier; why is that?" Ei asked, referring to Sara's entrance.

Ei was slightly irritated when Sara averted her eye contact. She reached a slender and elegant finger towards Sara's chin and turned her direction to her.

"Answer me." Commanded Ei.

Sara felt her body heat up in apprehension. It was a tough day but she couldn't let her Excellency know lest she view it as failure.

"N-nothing is wrong your Excellency. The troops are training hard and we have been successful in apprehending fugitives. T-there have been a few who are resistant b-but we are handling them well. There are no issues to report, your Excellency." Sara stumbled out.

Ei was amused. She knew Sara was her most loyal subject and failure wasn't an option to her. Seeing her stutter was much too amusing since she knew how fierce and deadly her commander was on the battlefield and in front of the troops.

"Excellent." Ei said with a single nod of her head. Her grip on Sara's hip tightened briefly before she pushed Sara off her lap. Sara backed up as Ei rose.

"Collect yourself and come to my quarters afterwards. Do not keep me waiting."

Sara watched Ei elegantly glide across her room and out the door. After her shogun had left, Sara sunk onto the couch and let out the breath she didn't know she was holding.

She took several deep breaths, the presence of her shogun was suffocating. Sara took a few minutes to calm her racing heart and to freshen up a little before she left her room.

Sara walked through the grand halls of the palace until she came to the heart of the palace. Two massive electro charged double doors stood before her. She only took one step forward and the doors swung open slowly on their own accord.

Sara's heartbeat quickened, this wasn't the first time she had been to this sacred room but it exuded so much power that it made her feel weak; something she only felt when in the presence of the shogun.

The room felt otherworldly; it was a round room void of most furniture other than a large bed in the center and couch to the side. Electro power surged all along the floors and crawled up the walls.

Sara walked into the room and the doors closed quietly behind her. Sara nervously walked towards the center while looking around her.

'Where is she?' She wondered to herself. Sara stood awkwardly by the couch. She didn't dare sit down without knowing where her Excellency was.

"I had expected you to be here sooner." A calm voice spoke from behind her. Sara gasped and jumped back.

She immediately knelt on one knee. "My apologies, your Excellency. It was not my intention to make you wait so long."

Sara had her head down so she couldn't see the amusement on Ei's face. Honestly, Ei didn't care, she just loved teasing her commander because it was so easy. Truth be told, Ei could never be angry at her most loyal follower. Sara's dedication and commitment was unparalleled...and she had every intention of rewarding that loyalty.

"Rise." Ei commanded. Sara rose to her feet, when she raised her head she was surprised that Ei wasn't standing in front of her anymore. She turned around and Ei wasn't there either. Had she left?

Sara let out a startled gasp when arms wrapped around her midsection and pulled her back. Her breath caught in her throat at the feeling of lips running along her neck. The electricity in the room crackled strongly and Sara felt tingles run through her whole body.

Sara was in heaven, or this was the closest she could get to it. This wasn't the first time that her Excellency became affectionate with her, but situations like these were also rare. It still took Sara by surprise when it did happen because it was never something she expected. The first time that Ei touched her and showered her with affection, Sara had thought she was trapped in an illusion.

Sara always tried to work up the courage to ask her why, but her question always got caught in her throat when Ei put her hands on her. After several failed attempts, Sara decided to just let it go and enjoy the occasion.

Ei's slender fingers slipped under Sara's shirt and palmed her flat stomach before it wandered further downwards. Sara gasped and her knees buckled beneath her when small sparks danced across her skin.

Ei chuckled as she caught Sara before she fell. With ease, the electro archon lightly tossed Sara onto the bed. With the grace of a being that has been around for centuries, Ei glided towards the bed and laid herself on top of a tongue tied and embarrassed Sara.

Ei watched Sara's face turn a bright red. She caressed her warm cheek and leaned forward to press a kiss to Sara's forehead.

"Close your eyes." She whispered.

Sara's heart was beating painfully against her chest but she obeyed.

The crackling in the room intensified and drowned out Sara's strangled cries of pleasure.
