The next hour was full of laughs and stories of the past. Mixed with Namjoon's occasionally reaching over to help me hold the chopsticks properly. The way he talked about things made me feel like someone was reading a book to me and acting the story at the same time. It drew me in, to say the least. He's so animated. I was becoming whipped for this man, lowkey. God girl, what are you saying. You literally met him yesterday. But talking to him felt like I'm just catching up with my best friend from high school, that I highkey had a crush on, or something.

"I hope I'm not boring you or anything. I just find it so weird how Pluto was once a planet and suddenly its a dwarf. How could they say that? They'd have to rewrite textbooks and everything! Like how did the qualifications of a planet change so drastically that our solar system became 8 planets, a sun, and a dwarf instead of 9 planets and a sun? And everyone just accepts it that way, but I won't. I can't." He fake cried into his hand as he banged his other fist on the table dramatically. He was speaking at the speed of light, if I didn't know any better, I'd think he was a rapper or something. He'd be a damn good one. All the SoundCloud rappers from where I'm from can't even compare to this man just talking.

"My favorite planet is Saturn." I smiled softly, waiting for him to go into another rant.

"Oh, I like Jupiter. I love the shade of blue it has." He looked up, now calm and cheesing. He went back to eating, cutting up the final bit of steak.

"Are you a rapper or something?" I chuckled, my eyes going wide when he suddenly started choking. "Dude? Are you good?" I stood up to pat his back over the table, but retreated my arm. When doing research on Korea, the main thing people said was that most Koreans don't like any kind of physical contact from strangers.

"W-where did you- how d-did you... think of that?" He tried to think of the words, clearing his throat at the same time. He looked over at me, his hand on his collarbones with tears in his eyes.

"I-I don't know... you were talking really fast, it sounded like rapping. I-it was a joke..." I nervously explained.

"O-oh, thanks." He cleared his throat again, wiping his eyes with his sleeve and reaching for his water.

"Uh, why did you freak out like that..?" I squinted.

"I-I wasn't freaking out... I was laughing, a-and the steak got caught in my throat." He tried to explain. I didn't believe a damn thing he just said. "You don't look like you believe me." He mumbled.

"Because you're lying." I crossed my arms. "It's not a good impression to lie to someone that you wanna be friends with." I mumbled. He sighed and set his fork down.

"Yes. I'm a rapper." He looked away.

"Are you ashamed of it or something?" I furrowed my eyebrows and reached to pick my chopsticks up again.

"I just don't like to talk about it. I'd rather people know me, before they know my music, ya know?" His voice was still soft as his eyes moved to his plate.

"I'm sorry for making you uncomfortable by asking." I smiled a little. "Let's forget about it." He met eyes with me again, nodding.

"I apologize for reacting like that. I hope I didn't scare you or anything." He took another sip of his water.

"I mean if you're saying that you hope that I didn't think you were dying, I fucking did!" I exclaimed. He laughed, almost choking again.

"Sorry, sorry." He quickly bowed, dabbing his mouth with a napkin. "I won't lie again. I'm sorry for that too."

"It's okay, if it's something serious like that, give me a look or something next time." I laughed.

"A look?"

"Ya know, a-" I furrowed my eyebrows with wide eyes and looked off and then back at him multiple times. "A look dude. Tell me it's personal with your eyes." I summed up. He laughed behind his hand. He tried to mimic me but but couldn't keep a straight face for long enough. We laughed together until he started laughing like really loud. "Damn, dude." I chuckled, hearing him being so loud for the first time. He's only spoken softly to me, I've never heard him reach such a volume.

"Sorry." He quieted down.

"You're good, guy. Your laugh do be loud but it's cool." I smiled. We were quiet for a little, just the sound of us finishing our food.

"I have to get going in a few minutes. But, I did want to go shopping for a little later tonight. Would you maybe want to come along... maybe?"

"Bet." I smiled.

"Thanks so much for the food, Zaina. I'll definitely pay you back." He stood up.

"You're good dude. We agreed on lunch together, it would be kinda rude if you just watched me eat." I chuckled, standing up with him. He moved the empty dishes back to the tray.

"When the cleaners come in, they'll take this away. But I encourage you to go out and enjoy the day. The weather is really nice today." He smiled. He noticed that I looked away. He put a hand on my shoulder. "I know that you don't like when people stare at you. By i think that it would be easier to ignore with sunglasses and a face mask." He clicked his tongue.

"Genius." I pointed towards him, nodding. "Well thanks Namjoon. I'm looking forward to go shopping with you." I gave him finger guns. He met my fingertips with his own.

"I am too." He winked. He then turned around with a smile, picking up his hat and putting it back on. "See you later, Zaina." He waved.

"Bye bye!" I wiggled my fingers. He chuckled and left the room.
