CHAPTER TWENTY SEVEN
LITTLE THINGS
"Little by little ..." Casper glanced at me while he's using my phone. The traffic wasn't that heavy but I still played music since I focused on driving with a small smile on my lips.
"Do you know how to speak Korean?" Casper asked.
"A little." I answered. I just learned it from the Korean dramas I used to watch during my free time, and that's also the reason why I understand Casper a bit every time he speaks his own language.
"I see..."
"Waeyo?" I asked.
He looked at me with an amusement in his eyes. I can't look back at him since I was focused myself on driving. "Nothing much. I just find it amusing to hear you speak my language."
"Every woman looks amusing to you." I scoffed.
"Ay grabe. Offensive." I glanced at him to see his reaction while I was smirking at him. He held his chest like he was really hurt.
"Totoo naman." I accused.
He raised his two fingers and showed it to me. "There are two types of my kind,"
"Uhuh," I nodded.
"And I'm the rare type."
I laughed. "Really rare."
He crossed his arms. "May galit ka ba sa mga playboy at parang sa'kin ka gumaganti?"
"Excuse me, Casper?" I raised my eyebrow. He didn't get the chance to answer me when I entered the parking space of the mall. I opened the window on my side to pay for the fee before I look around for a good spot for my parking. Under the tree, near the mall entrance.
I opened the glove compartment to get my pouch before I place my phone and wallet inside. Casper just stared at my actions. We didn't talk much until we reached the entrance of the mall. Casper was like an excited kid. He didn't even used the door even he has the means. He actually pieced through the door and when our eyes met, he grinned at me.
"Galing 'no?" Aniya at sinabayan ako sa paglalakad. I opened my phone to read my notes that I will be buying for tonight, but I wasn't finished reading my notes when Casper poked my arm.
"What?" I asked, still focused on my phone.
"Pwede magpabil—" he didn't finish his words when I felt him pulled me on my waist, and my phone almost dropped out of my surprise. I stopped on my tracks.
"Ano ba—" I stopped complaining when I almost bumped into someone. I bowed my head when the older woman stopped. "Sorry."
She just raised her hand dismissingly before walking away. I sighed and look at Casper who's frowning at me. I tried so hard to look at him like I was staring in the air.
"Itago mo muna phone mo." He commanded. Yes. It sounded like a command.
I nodded my head and put my phone in my pocket before walking again. He walked by my side. I looked up at him. At times like this, when he's standing near me, he's really tall and I was like a minion beside him yet good thing, he can't be seen so my 5'3 height looks tall.
"Thanks..." I whispered.
He just smiled. His dimples showed. I can't see his face fully but with his dimples showing, he's surely smiling wide for no reason at all. "San punta?"
"Watsons." I answered. I'll buy Lailane's gift first before buying some for others. Given the fact that we had exchange gift but I wanted to give a little gift to all of them.
