Chapter 62

I WAITED outside the ER. Magulo ang isip ko. Why she didn't tell me about this? Itatago niya ba ulit 'to? I feel scared and upset at the same time. I have a bloodstains on my shirt. Is she going to be alright? Her condition is not good.

"Mr. Del Fuego." I stood up when the doctor shows up in front of me.

"How's her condition?" I asked her.

"Ms. Graycie and the baby are both safe. Mabuti nalang at naagapan agad yung bleeding. She's stressing herself kaya siya dinugo. I suggest, bed rest talaga. Mag re-reseta din ako ng gamot para pangpapakabit ng bata. In her case, maselan yung pregnancy niya." She explained.

"I see. Thank you for saving their life." She tapped my shoulder.

"That's my job. The nurse will call you if you're partner is in the  recovery room. Excuse me." I just nodded to her.

"Big bro!" I see Sammirah walking towards me.

"You're here. I need to go home to change my clothes. Stay here before i came back." Bilin ko.

"Is her condition alright?" She asked.

"Yeah. There's no reason to be worried about. Call me if she's woke up or looking for me." I didn't wait for her respond. I went to the parking lot to get my car and drives home.

When i saw her like that, i know she's in pain. She's said that her mother sue her again. That's the one thing kaya ayoko siya pabalikin sa kanila. They never treat her as a part of the family. Puro sakit lang nakukuha niya doon wala ng iba. Dagdag pa yung sa issue namin that i cheated no her. I never do that thing!

I arrived sa mansion. I took a quick shower. I changed my clothes. Kailangan kong bumalik doon before siya magising. I need to talk to her about this matter. Why she's hiding she's hiding her pregnancy? Wala ba siyang planong ipaalam to sakin? Tsk!

"D-Dad.." I saw Zamiel at my door.

"Hey son, what's the matter?" Naka-bihis na ko ng damit. He entered to my room and sat on my bed.

"I'm sorry because i get mad at you. I know you didn't do that thing to Graycie.. b-but w-why is she not here? Mag hihiwalay ba kayo? Hindi na ba siya babalik?" Nakatungo siya habang hawak yung teddy bear niya.

"It's okay son. Everything's going to be fine. Me and your tita Graycie will not broken up. I need to settle more things and she will come back here, so don't worry." I tapped his shoulder.

"Nagtatampo ko rin ako sa kanya. Yung ganitong bigla bigla siyang aalis ng walang sabi sabi." He added.

"Don't be. She has her reason son, your tita Graycie's needs a time for that. Huwag kang magtatampo sa kanya, she will be sad if she knew that." He hugged me tight.

"I just want us to be happy. No more problems, just to be happy." I gently caressing his hair to comfort him.

"We will be. Don't be sad, sleep on your room. I will take my leave now." I didn't want to tell him about her. I need to settle things first.

"Where are you going dad?" He asked.

"In my condo unit. Just go to bed now son, i'll see you tomorrow." I kissed his forehead. He's not rejecting it. Knowing him, si Graycie lang nakakagawa ng mga ganon bagay sa kanya.

I accompany him to his room. I turned off the light and close the door when he gets inside. Bumaba ako downstairs to leave. I will settle this misunderstanding between us. At babalik kami sa dati. I promised.
