Byenn's POV
I went to the old house but there's no sign of Keisha so I ran to the forest hoping that she could be there with him but still... no sign to the both of them.
I hold on to my hair trying to stop myself from boasting in tears because of the situation. Keisha's still not answering her phone. She's nowhere to be found and Khurt as well.
'Keisha, nasaan kana ba? Bakit ba hindi ka sumasagot?'
I cried at the thought of not seeing them both.
Keisha!!! Nasaan kana!!!
And I can't hold my emotions anymore and burst in tears as I was leaning forward with my hands on my knees.
Please, lumabas kana! Paki-usap... magpakita na kayo.
I pleaded in the middle of the forest where I couldn't find either one of them.
Its dark already and I was walking on the road with my shoulders down. I don't even know what time it is already. All I have in mind is a question. Where could I find them?
I was too occupied thinking about them and just realized where I am now.
I was close to the mansion and there's people with flashlights in their hands searching for someone.
A light flash to my direction and a voice announced to the others.
Byenn. that voice, I'd love to hear that voice calling my name for the rest of my life.
And in just seconds he caught me in his arms as darkness swallow me wholely.
I sat up on my bed as soon as I woke up. I roam my eyes at the four corner of my room. Everything seems fine but I know to myself that it's not.
I reach for my phone on the bedside table and open the messages. It's all just me and still no response from her.
I dialed her number but it only responded cannot be reached. I cupped my face with both palms as I feel frustrated of the situation.
'Keisha, please...' I uttered bitting my left thumb.
'No. I can't just stay still. I know she's just here somewhere. I feel she's just close, they're just somewhere nearby.'
I walk out of bed and went out of my room not minding my current state. I feel a bit dizzy and weak. I might've cross my boundaries yesterday without knowing it kaya heto at nanghihina ako ngayon. But still, I need to find Keisha. I need to find my bestfriend.
Byenn. I heard Tita Shirley gasped when she saw me walking down the stairs.
Naku, Byenn. Nagpapahinga ka pa dapat ngayon. pagsalubong sakin ni Tita Chelsie na hinawakan ako sa braso at sinipat ang noo ko ng kamay niya.
May sinat ka pa rin. Halika at bumalik tayo sa room mo. concerned nitong sabi
Kung maayos lang ang sitwasyon alam kong susundin ko siya at matutuwa ako dahil nag-aalala para sakin ang ina ng lalaking mahal ko pero ngayon kasi kailangan ko talagang unahin si Keisha. Nag-aalala na ako na baka ano na ang nangyari sakaniya. Baka hinihintay niya akong dumating kung saan man siya ngayon.
Napailing ako kila Tita.
No, Tita. I'm fine. Hahanapin ko pa po si Keisha--
Ate!/Oh my gosh! singhap nina Mayenn at Tita Shirley ng muntikan na akong matumba thankfully naalalayan kaagad ako nina Tita Chelsie at Manang Muning na nakaalalay na rin sakin.
