Berlin International Airport, Germany. June 2016

The following morning Ana wakes early, having slept like shit on Sam's thigh. She refused to sleep next to James or Steve. And has barely spoken to either of them. So when Sam offered his lap, Ana took it without hesitation. The men exchanged angry glances at each other all night long.

When Ana finally fell asleep, her body cramped in the back seat of the hot wired car her head resting on Sam's thigh, Sam finally scolded them.

"You two are a bunch of assholes you know that. You're making it really easy for her to choose neither of you. If you aren't careful you'll find her out in a field calling for Thor. And you know the God of Thunder would be more than happy to take your woman to Asgard. So knock it off the both of you." He leans his head back and closes his eyes without saying another word.

Both Steve and James exchange guilty glances before James turns back and looks at Ana. One of their tags in her hand. He tries to see the name, squinting against the darkness. He swears he sees James B. Barnes stamped across the top. He's pretty sure it's his tag she's clutching close to her chest. He smiles. He knows she loves Steve, and even though she claims not to love one more than the other. James is sure she loves him more. All the evidence points to it.

Come morning, just as the sun begins to rise in the sky, Ana slips out of the back seat. Careful not to wake the men snoring softly. She shivers in the cold morning air now that she's left the heat from the car. Three super soldiers throw off a lot of heat. She reaches in through the open passenger window and pushes the dark brown hair away from James' face. A smile plays across her face watching him sleep. She could stare at him all day. Her smiles fades slightly when her eyes move to Steve. He's chin resting on his chest. Arms folded across his chest. His neck will bother him when he wakes up. She walks around the front of the car, and slowly reaches into the window. Her fingers gentle on his face as she tilts his head back against the head rest. He adjusts slightly, his eye brows pull together in his sleep when she removes her hands from him. Like he knows she isn't touching him anymore.

She sighs and walks away from the car. She remembers seeing a coffee shop not to far from where the hid the car last night, and they skipped dinner completely. She knows the boys will be hungry when they wake up, hungry and grumpy. Especially Sam, he's not a morning person. And since James can't get morning sex he won't be the most pleasant person either.

40 minutes later Ana walks up the ramp to the car in the parking garage. Steve leans up against the hood of the car, arms crossed again. Staring intently at the concrete in front of him, willing Ana to appear out of thin air. He sees her hands are full of coffee and she has two bags hanging from a wrist. His scowl softens realizing she went to find them food. He pushes off the car and walks towards her. The force from his shove makes James and Sam look up from their brooding. James smiles as soon as he sees Ana. Sam, smirks watching him.

"You got it bad Buck."

James nods in agreement before getting out of the car.

Steve reaches Ana, and takes the car carrier full of travel coffee mugs from her hand. She's taken aback by his tenderness. He pulls her into a one armed hug.

She closes her eyes as she nuzzles against his chest, rubbing her cheek against his pectoral muscle and breaths in his scent. She gets butterflies in her belly.

"We weren't sure you were coming back baby."

"I'll always come back for my boys. Always." She glances up at him, giving him a warm smile. He leans down and gently kisses her grin.

"I don't want to kiss anyone but you". He whispers.

"What? Sharon doesn't want to make out with you anymore." She lifts a cocky eyebrow.
