THIRD PERSON

Joaquin drove his car to his friend's restaurant. It is near the venue of the seminar.

As he went inside, he immediately saw his friend since college. He's holding a clipboard and currently facilitates his new employees.

He looked cold and strict but the way his employees look at him, it shows how comfortable are them with him. He's always been like that, friendly and humble. Plus his undeniable handsome face and tall figure.

Nagfist bump sila bago umupo si Joaquin, umupo rin ang kaniyang kaibigan katapat nito. "Glad you noticed that sneaky jerk,"

He chuckled, "You owe me a drink," he pointed Joaquin.

Joaquin scoffed, "Ano pa nga bang habol mo maliban diyan, Jino?"

He pursed his heart shaped lips and raised his brows in a mocking way. "I still don't get why your dad will send his secretary just to spy on you," he shrugged.

"He can't trust me enough," he shrugged too.

Jino is the person that texts him while he's in the midst of the seminar. Just to update him that Wendell, Mr. Bermuda's most trusted employee, is also there, watching him. Jino knows his car and he felt suspicious about it. He never saw Wendell roaming around this area but when he saw Joaquin's car, he sensed that Wendell was watching his boss' son again.

Parang part-time job na nito ang pagsunod kay Joaquin simula noong mapromote ito bilang secretary ni Mr. Bermuda.

He can't blame Wendell for doing things like that, because it's his job to obey every command that he gets from his father. But he can't justify that these deeds are violating his privacy.

"Tell me about the lady, hindi mo pa kwinekwento," he told his friend.

"She's boring," he shrugged. Napataas ang kilay ni Jino, getting more curious about the woman.

"Boring, reckless, I think she's lazy too. Her story a while ago shows that she can't move on immediately. Like, she needs a lifetime to forget things from the past, overdramatic, not my type," he pursed his lips and rolled his eyes.

"Oh, that's sad for you," Umayos ng upo si Jino at patuloy na inasar si Joaquin.

"I just need to marry and fuck, we can end this immediately after getting her pregnant," he told his friend.

"If that's your plan then okay?" Jino chuckled as he shrugged his shoulders.

"It's a good thing though, you have a legal yet temporary whore living inside your property. That's cool," he put his thumbs up.

"But you can decline it, Quin. Ang tagal-tagal mo nang sinusuway ang dad mo lalo na kung affected ang lifestyle mo. What will you do to the child if someday you'll leave her, right? End it right away," he suggested.

"I haven't think of that yet. I still have three weeks to decide," he pouted his lips.

"Three weeks? You're crazy. Dump her already," Jino nervously laughed at him.

"Hindi healthy para sa girl na masyadong rush ang mangyari sa buhay niya.  I bet she's clueless on how jerk you are. 'Wag mong biglain," he told Joaquin.

Despite having a friend with lots of bad habits, Jino keeps Joaquin sane. He doesn't want to tolerate the bad things that Joaquin possesses. He's one of those few people that Mr. Bermuda put his trust on guiding the life of his middle child.

"But my dad wants it right away," he defended.

"What's stopping you from doing what you want?" Jino scoffed. Quite amused that he let someone stop his track.
