"Nakakabisita pa si Sula sa akin noong na-confine ako," Derick shared.

"Ilang buwan nalang, dalawang taon na rin siyang ganyan, Sir," he told Joaquin.

He shook his head in denial. "N-no,"

"You're just fucking around! How could that possibly happen?!" He asked as he stepped forward.

"Wake up, Sula!" He angrily growled as he went inside.

"Hindi nakakatuwa ang prank mo! Fuck you! Stop this bullshit!" He looked at the machines to check if it is just a stunt. She tend to joke around, he thought she is just playing with him.

"Ganito ka gaganti after two years!? Huh!?"

"Sir!" Pinigilan siya ni Derick na magwala at baka tanggalin pa nito sa saksakan ang mga machines.

"Darling," his knees weakened as he went closer to her. "I searched for you, I am so sorry, fuck. Wake up,"

When it comes to her, he always lose his cool. "We will still try to have kids, right? Please, I am sorry," he looked down and held her hand tighter.

Derick clenched his fists. He really felt bad for him. Ang tagal nitong naghanap para sa asawa niya, just to know that she is asleep in the entire search.

"Who hid her from me?" He asked.

Derick gulped, naiinis na tumayo si Joaquin at tinulak ang binata. "Who did this?!"

"S-sir," he stuttered, stunned to see an expensive looking man being furious. "W-wala po ba talaga kayong alam?"

"Hindi kami mayaman kaya hindi napadali ang paggamot sa kaniya, pero gusto kong makita mo siya bago pa mahuli ang lahat," he told Joaquin.

"WHO HID HER FROM ME!?" Derick shut his eyes closed after Joaquin raised his voice.

He pushed the guy, "Just fucking tell me! See what happened?! I can pay for the best doctor, we fucking have our own hospital, fuck! Bakit niyo 'to ginawa sa kaniya!?"

"Wala ka talagang alam?"  He asked again. "Sir, hindi mo alam kung bakit siya lumayo?"

He looked down and continue to breathe heavily. He knows why she chose to keep distance. But he is not aware that she had to experience the worst while he is not around. Joaquin thought that she will find happiness and peace once he let her have her own space.

He thought she is happy without him. He thought she already moved on.

Indeed, it will be bearable if she would be with another guy. It won't hurt this much if she cheated back.

But it cuts his heart, it hurts knowing that she didn't even try to replace him. She just let the karma attack them both. Joaquin would never want his wife to be in pain just because of him again.

"Buntis na siya noong umalis siya rito, tumira siya sa malayo. Wala ako noong nanganak siya kasi nasa hospital ako pero ang kuwento sa akin ay nakatulog daw siya after manganak. Hanggang ngayon, hindi pa siya gumigising, sir," Derick tried his best to tell him stories.

"A week pala bago siya maglabor ay wala na raw siyang marinig. Sigaw lang siya nang sigaw noong tawagan namin siya. Umiiyak siya sa amin, tinatanong niya kung bakit hindi kami sumasagot, bakit wala raw siyang marinig na tunog," he looked down and pressed his lips.

"Sir, marami pang nangyari bago siya nanganak. Marami kang na-miss sa isa't kalahating taong wala ka sa tabi niya," he said. "Kaya ko lang naman ito ginawa kasi naaawa ako sa bata, sir. Mahirap lang kami, once na mawala ang mama niya, hindi naman namin siya maalagaan,"
