Anorexia nervosa is a serious mental health condition. It is an eating disorder in which people keep their body weight as low as possible.

People with anorexia usually do this by restricting the amount of food they eat, making themselves vomit and exercising excessively.

The condition often develops out of an anxiety about body shape and weight that originates from a fear of being fat or a desire to be thin. Many people with anorexia have a distorted image of themselves, thinking that they're fat when they're not.

Anorexia most commonly affects girls and women, although it has become more common in boys and men in recent years

And Louis was one of them

It all started with that one simple tweet saying
"Louis is fat" but then it grew worse saying
"Why is that fat beast in one direction"

Louis didn't show the boys it hurt him as he was supposed to be the strongest one out the band yet he wasn't because honestly it was hurting him inside.

It wasn't until the week after Louis decided to stop eating and start going gym more.

At first the other thought that he was just going gym to work out more on his muscles but what they didn't know was that he was starving his self

That was until they noticed he was getting awfully skinny

"Hey lads, have you noticed how strange louis is acting" Harry said

"Yea he never eats and always works out" Niall agreed

"How about we confront him about it" Zayn asked

So that what they did an hour later as soon as Louis walked through the front door he was bombarded with questions like
Why do you workout a lot?
Why don't you eat?
And that was when Louis broke down into Harry's arms crying
"Lou calm down babe" Harry whispered as he rocked Louis until he calmed down, when he was calm Louis told them about the tweets and it broke their hearts to see Louis one the strongest lads in the band look so weak and broken.

The Lads helped Louis get back to himself and threatened to block some fans that was sending him hate and Louis learned to love the way he was and how he looked.
