He locked the door and began to pee, but the pain was worse than it had ever been before. Liam couldn't handle it, his legs were weak and he was burning from his lower back down. Before he knew it, everything went black.

Niall's pov

Everyone but Liam had came and met in the lobby

"Hey guys where is Liam" I asked

"He's just using our bathroom" Louis told me

"Ok" I nodded as I looked at my watch

"I'm going to go and check on him" I told them before walking upstairs to Louis hotel room and walking in to the bathroom

"Li it's time to go"I told him waiting for an answer but never had one which scared me so I kicked the door down but what I seen next I wasn't ready to see there was Liam passed out on the floor by the toilet, making me quickly pull my phone out, dialling the ambulance before calling Zayn

Z: hey mate where are you

N: Zee you guys need to get up here and fast

Z: Why what's up

N: It's Liam he's passed out in the bathroom

Z: Ok Ni we'll be there in a minute

N: I've already called an ambulance

Z: Ok Bud

With that I hung up and just sat there staring at Liam

'How could have I not seen this'

'Did he try to tell me' I thought but was interrupted by the door opening but it seem as I was frozen staring at Liam

Zayn's pov

As soon as Niall ended the call, I ran to the others and Paul

"Liam's fainted in the bathroom and Niall has called an ambulance, we need to go now" I quickly said before we ran to Louis, Harry and Niall's room and knowing Niall he was probably frozen in his spot

As soon as we arrived there we seen two paramedics with Liam and one with Niall trying to get him out of his trance

"It's ok I've got him" I told the paramedic who nodded before going to Liam

"Hey Ni, It's Zee, I'm going to pick you up" I told him as I lifted him up

"Right boys we're going to have to take Liam to hospital but only one can come with us" One of the paramedics told us before we all agreed Louis would and we will follow behind

Skip the ride to the hospital

Harry and I walked into the hospital, Niall still in my arms as we looked for Louis who we found a minute later

"Hey, have you heard anything" Harry asked as he sat on Louis's lap while I sat with Niall on mine

"Yea but only that they're going to run tests" Louis said before looking at Niall

"Ni, bud, do you want a cuddle" Louis asked as we tried to get Niall to respond but got nothing

"Ni if you don't respond to us, we will make you see a doctor"I spoke knowing how scared he is of doctors which actually got Niall to respond too, blinking his eyes and snuggling into me

"I'm sorry Zee, I couldn't help it, I want to see Liam" Niall said

"We will Ni" I said just as a doctor came out

"Liam Paynes family or friends" The Doctor said as we stood up

"Yes" We all said

"Right we have run some tests and..."
