Smokescreen is sick and hates how his girlfriend (Y/N) hasn't been at the base.

"I didn't think we could get sick like this—," Smokescreen comments.
"While on Earth? Ridiculous," Ratchet interrupts, shaking his helm.
The artic messed with his systems. Ratchet observes before leaving Smokescreen's room.  Smokescreen knew it would be a few hours before (Y/N) came to the base.
Why couldn't I get sick on  Saturday? Three days without (Y/N) has been hell.

Ratchet checks on Smokescreen an hour later, hearing him cry the second he opens the door. 
The Autobots' four human friends walk in as Ratchet works at the computer.  He doesn't want to tell (Y/N) that Smokescreen is sick, but she'll question where her boyfriend is soon and probably be mad Ratchet chose not to tell her that Smokescreen is sick even if Ratchet isn't sure if it's contagious like a human cold.
Ratchet decides to tell (Y/N) that Smokescreen is sick and that he's not certain if she could get sick. All four kids are happy Jack's mom, June, isn't around, knowing she'd probably tell (Y/N) to stay away from Smokescreen and probably that she and her friends should leave the base until Smokescreen's is better.  Ratchet doesn't like how the kids are joking about the argument he and June would get into. 

(Y/N) waits an hour to check on Smokescreen, but she didn't think he'd be awake.  She's happy he's smiling even though he feels like scrap.  Smokescreen didn't stay awake for long, which (Y/N) was happy with. She knew he wouldn't like that she had to go home regardless of whether he was sick or not.

Smokescreen wakes up frightened and yells for (Y/N) as tears roll down his faceplate.  He runs out of his berthroom, transforms, and drives down the tunnel out of the base. 

(Y/N) is woken up by her mom telling her she has a visitor.
Who comes over at eight in the morning? She questions.
(Y/N) didn't think she'd find Smokescreen sitting in the living room.  His holoform shows he's sick. Rather than say anything, (Y/N)'s mom goes upstairs.
"How did you figure out where I live?" (Y/N) asks, "I know Ratchet wouldn't tell you while you're sick."
"I feel alone without you. I cry and have nightmares without you," he explains, "please don't leave me alone."
I don't think this is due to him being sick. (Y/N) observes.
"I'm sorry, but you know how busy I am," she apologizes, unaware if her mom is listening to the conversation.
(Y/N) gets a tissue and wipes Smokescreen's eyes before he hugs her and cries.
Oh boy, mom is going to be asking questions. (Y/N) thinks, believing her mom is watching this.
