Sunstreaker had enough of most hating him, but he finds out one mech loves him, and he ends up sparked with twins to love.

Walking down the hall, the yellow mech would ignore the soldiers insulting him. Today was different. For some reason, Sunstreaker couldn't ignore the insults as he walks by.
"Psycho sociopath."
"Insane murder. How does Optimus allow a criminal in his ranks?"
Normally Sunstreaker would argue with them, even threaten them - when he's using his holoform - but this time, he was in no mood. He continues down the hall to his berthroom. Happy there's a section off-limits to soldiers.
Prowl watches this. Finding it strange for Sunstreaker to not argue with the soldiers.

As second in command, Prowl has the codes to all berthrooms. He lets himself in, not expecting to hear crying.
"My sire is right. No one will love me," Sunstreaker sobs.
Prowl hates hearing this. While he might piss Sunstreaker off for walking into his berthroom, Prowl sits on the berth beside Sunstreaker. Expecting a reaction, but Sunstreaker says nothing. Prowl tries to comfort him, but Sunstreaker doesn't believe him.
He's not going to believe me if I tell him. Prowl realizes.

Three months pass before Prowl tells Sunstreaker he loves him. His first kiss with Sunstreaker turns into fragging him, and Prowl can't believe Sunstreaker isn't livid at him and goes along with what he is doing. Neither of them says a word while lying on the berth.

"I can't believe we just did that," Sunstreaker says.
"I'm not lying when I said I love you."
Prowl moves Sunstreaker closer to his frame.
The two don't want anyone to know yet. They can continue as they've been doing for the past three months with the addition of romantic gestures.

Prowl and Sunstreaker couldn't believe Sunstreaker is sparked. Sideswipe is thrilled when the couple finds out twins are on the way. Prowl knows this will cause Sunstreaker to feel more exhausted and in pain, but the two are happy to be having sparkings. Ratchet can only confirm if they will be split spark after birth.

One thing Ratchet finds interesting is Sunstreaker is less moody. Though he still argues with soldiers, this becomes less frequent as exhaustion zaps his energy faster as the weeks pass.
"They'll be here soon," Prowl smiles, watching Sunstreaker recharge, "I'm not looking forward to watching him in pain, but happy we're having sparklings."

Unfortunately, even tough warrior Sunstreaker is no match for labor pain. The couple knows twins coming isn't helping his pain. Sunstreaker feels like he's been in labor for days until the twins are born. Still, in disbelief, he's the one who was sparked.
"Are we dreaming?" He asks Prowl.
"No, we have two beautiful sparklings, and if you think you've been dreaming about our relationship, that's not a dream. I love you, Sunstreaker."
"I love you too, Prowl."
Sunstreaker smiles at Prowl's surprised expression.

A few hours pass, and Ratchet scans the sparklings to see if they are split spark.
"The twins (are/aren't) split spark," Ratchet tells them, "you two have (twin genders)."
The terror twins and Prowl are happy the twins are here and healthy.
