TFP | Ratchet X Human Femme Reader: Guilt

No one likes how Ratchet is using himself as the test subject for the synthetic Energon. He refuses to listen to anyone, even his girlfriend (Y/N). Until some news, after he's seriously injured after the effects of the synthetic Energon wear off, and he's full of guilt.

"Will you stop using yourself as the test subject?" (Y/N) begs Ratchet.
Ratchet replies by activating his holoform, picking (Y/N) up bridal style — which she didn't expect and squealed — and carries her to his berthroom.

"Don't worry about it," Ratchet assures her as he sits on her bed and kisses her.  (Y/N) gives in to the kiss. Soon the kiss turns into the couple taking each other's clothes off.  (Y/N) lays on the bed with Ratchet on his knees above her. (Y/N) questions if the synthetic Energon makes him in the mood or does not influence Ratchet's desire to frag her.

Ratchet kisses, licks, and bites (Y/N)'s neck as he gently squeezes her breasts. He then kisses her entire body until he reaches her valve. He licks her valve, making (Y/N) moan and squeal in pleasure.  Ratchet enjoys this and puts his spike in her, increasing the moaning from (Y/N).  He starts slow, but that doesn't last long before he picks up speed.  He keeps going for a few minutes before kissing (Y/N), which turns into a make-out session. Everything is good.

(Y/N) thought today would be like any other day. She had to leave the base for work and come back later at night to hear about any mission the Autobots might have gone on. She didn't think she'd see Ratchet injured and in stasis.
"He'll be ok," Optimus assures her.

Ratchet wakes up, feeling guilty about what happened and that (Y/N) sees him injured.
As much as she'd like to take time off, (Y/N) continues her routine, but she stays by Ratchet st night.  With such an injury, he'll be stuck in medbay for six weeks.

Three weeks pass; Ratchet is healing well.  Meanwhile (Y/N) is throwing up. She thought it was food poisoning until she failed to get to the bathroom and threw up in front of Ratchet.
"(Y/N), are you ok?!" Ratchet panics.
"I'm fine," she assures him.
Ratchet still tries to get off the medical berth, but Optimus insists he'll make sure (Y/N) is ok.

(Y/N) couldn't believe Optimus said she's pregnant, but she's been worried about Ratchet to realize she missed her period.

Ratchet couldn't believe the news but dreads he can't take care of her and make sure everything was ok.
"Well,  considering the timing of our fun, I wouldn't be seeing a doctor for two weeks. You should be recovered by then," (Y/N) explains.
Ratchet didn't like how he couldn't use his holoform and help (Y/N) deal with the morning sickness.
Two weeks is going to drag on. Ratchet believes.

The next day, (Y/N) shows Ratchet a positive pregnancy test, which to her surprise, gets him to smile.  She has fun joking around about how Protective Ratchet will be.  Ratchet tells her that Optimus has told him he's no longer allowed to work on the synthetic Energon, even though the team could use it.
(Y/N) is happy to hear this but believes Ratchet would have decided to stop trying to get the synthetic Energon right after hearing that she's pregnant.
