Sideswipe decides now to tell Mirage how he feels while the others are out of the base. His plans change once he hears Mirage is in the shower.

"Do you do anything besides be a pain in everyone's aft and play video games?!" Mirage scolds before leaving the lounge room, unaware that Sideswipe is smiling. It's not that he enjoys being scolded; this happens so often that Sideswipe learned to ignore being scolded. He enjoys hearing Mirage scold him just to hear his voice, considering Mirage won't talk to him otherwise. Though he wishes he could talk to Mirage. That he could be more than teammates with Mirage.

Everybot but Sideswipe heads out on a mission during the thunderstorm — or so Sideswipe thought as he walks into Mirage's room. He didn't think he'd hear the shower running. Sideswipe wanted to leave a note but has a different idea. He leaves the note on the bed and undresses.

Mirage is not pleased the power goes out while in the shower.
"Seriously?! I just needed another few minutes!" He yells as he stands in the dark, soaked. The power returns as he's trying to find his towel. Sideswipe didn't think Mirage would scream, "what the frag are you doing here?!"
"Uh....," the nude mech isn't sure what to say.
"I can report you for this!"
"Report me for loving you?" Sideswipe challenges. The spy looks at Sideswipe, shocked, "would I do this if I was joking?"
Mirage didn't think Sideswipe would kiss him on the lips under the running water, nor did he think he'd like it. Even as Sideswipe moved to Kiss his neck. The two look at the other mech's ready spike as Sideswipe turns off the water.
"I have an idea," he smiles before his holoform disappears.
Mirage goes along with this.

Mirage finds the silver mech transformed and is standing by him. Mirage continues to follow along and transforms.
"What are you trying to pull off?" Mirage asks.
"I'm in charge here!" Sideswipe orders and pushes Mirage to the floor. They remove each other's panels, not expecting the other mech to be ready like their holoforms showed in the shower, "I'm going to punish you for ignoring me!"
Mirage feels burning pain as Sideswipe goes right in and starts pounding him. Sideswipe smiles, seeing the clear sign that he's Mirage's first. Mirage is shocked at Sideswipe's sudden change in attitude. Once the pain fades, Mirage enjoys this even as Sideswipe has him pinned to the floor.

Sideswipe lies on the floor beside Mirage once he believes Mirage has been punished enough.
"Now, can I go back to my shower?" Mirage asks.
"I'm going with you."
The two mechs transform and activate their holoforms.
"Ugh, frag!"
"Run!" Sideswipe says, grabbing Mirage's wrist.
They hope no one sees the two running across the base to Mirage's room, nude.

The shower together turns into sleeping together. Sideswipe has to leave early the next morning for his patrol, forgetting about the note he left.

While Mirage figured the fragging last night meant the two are together, though he said nothing about the two being together, he still likes reading Sideswipe's note;
It's not like you'll care, but I love you. I want to be your annoying mech.

Mirage smiles, thinking about Sideswipe's change of plans and change of attitude. He puts the note away, wondering how will the two explain this to the others?
