Identical twin girls cause Mirage and Sideswipe to argue, believing the other mech stole the other's girl

N.E.S.T. is forced out of D.C. The government has created Cemetery Wind but doesn't know about a base hidden in the mountains. Even with the risk of being discovered, Optimus allows Mirage and Sideswipe to date. There's a plan in place for if the secret gets out. Whether it's thanks to either mechs girlfriend or not.
"You? Dating a human? I don't believe it," Sideswipe argues, "are you confusing trying to get information with going on a date?"
"No!"
Sideswipe walks away laughing as Mirage gets into his alt mode. Heading out to the restaurant to meet his girlfriend, (Y/N).

(Y/N) waits for Mirage, texting her sister about her date tomorrow night and how it's great they found someone and both men are soldiers in the army. Her sister talks about double dating just before Mirage arrives. (Y/N) has yet to tell the spy that her sister is dating someone in the army and likely at the base Mirage works at.
"What troubles you?" Mirage asks.
"Nothing," (Y/N) lies.
Something is troubling her, but I can't argue she's hiding something when I won't tell her the truth about who I am. Mirage observes. There's a lack of trust, but if I tell her who I am; she could report me and that there's still an active N.E.S.T. base.

The two can relax and enjoy their date. Ignoring what they need to tell the other for now. The two have a nice night together.

(T/N) has a nice night with her boyfriend the next night. Sideswipe takes her to the base he works at. She sits on the hood of his silver corvette with him. 
"We should go to my room," Sideswipe whispers.
"Too late! That's my girlfriend, fragger!" Mirage rages.
"No, that's (T/N). You're dating —," Sideswipe tries to explain, but Mirage attacks him.
(T/N) runs down the hall, hoping to find Optimus to break up the fight.

"What are you doing here?" (Y/N) asks.
"Uh, I think I just met your boyfriend," (T/N) tells her twin.
"Our boyfriends work at the same base?"
"It appears so, but they think they're dating the same girl, come on!"

"Stop!" Both girls yell.
The two mechs stop and wonder if they have a serious concussion and they're seeing double.
"You two are idiots!" (Y/N) yells, "hello, ever hear of identical twins?!"
The two mechs can't believe they fell for someone with an identical twin sister.
The four didn't think Optimus was around until they heard him speak.
"This will make this a little easier. I doubt neither of you told them?"
"No," both mechs reply.
Optimus is always concerned when telling a human about them. Worried they'll suddenly become scared of their Autobot friend.
The twins are shocked with who their boyfriends are, but don't want to walk away.
"It's going to be an adjustment, but I still love you, Mirage," (Y/N) comments. 
Her twin agrees, and the two plan a fun day together tomorrow. The double date (T/N) was talking about yesterday.
(Y/N) goes with Mirage to his room.

"Is your sister going to hope the four of us frag in the same room?" Mirage asks.
(Y/N) laughs, "I don't know but she better not be."
(Y/N) isn't sure if that's Mirage's way of hinting he wants to have a little fun, but she'll let him be in control.
Mirage kisses her while unclipping her bra, concerned (Y/N) will be mad at what he's trying to do. He didn't think she'd go along with this, taking his clothes off. He gently pushes her into the bed, kissing down her body. She didn't think he'd lick her valve.
Mirage smiles once (Y/N) isn't feeling pain and is enjoying his thrusting. The gun lasts ten minutes before Mirage lies close to (Y/N).
"So, do you think your sister and Sideswipe are having fun?" Mirage asks.
"Probably. I just hope neither are thinking of a double date involving fragging."
"Hmm, I wonder what the chances are you and your sister would be pregnant simultaneously?" Mirage smiles.
"Oh, she's love that."

"Fuck!" (T/N) pants as Sideswipe pounds her.
Sideswipe smiles and kisses her. 
The rough fragging doesn't last much longer, before the two sr cuddling.
"What would the others think, hearing we're having a baby together?" Sideswipe pants.
"Would you be in trouble? My sister probably would be happy."

Three weeks pass before (Y/N) finds out she's pregnant. Mirage smiles and hugs her. 
As they go to the medbay to tell Ratchet, they find Sideswipe and (T/N) heading the same way.

"You're kidding me, right?" Ratchet asks Sideswipe. The twin girls show Ratchet their pregnancy tests. The medic believes Mirage and (Y/N) will have a baby, but thinks Sideswipe is pulling a prank. Until a blood test confirms (T/N) is pregnant, "well, this is uncommon possibly rare."

The two couple smile, knowing two babies are on the way. Wondering how likely both femmes are carrying twins. Ratchet worries about if the twins end up in labor simultaneously and the fact that Cemetery Wind and Lockdown are hunting the Autobots.
Now's the time to tell them, Optimus. Ratchet believes, hoping the twins will be safe and able to deliver their babies safely.
