The twins find out they're pregnant and who the fathers are. Even though the four only met for one night, the four feel like they can be a family for the babies on the way. 

"Uh...(Y/N), remember, two weeks ago?" (T/N) asks as she hears her sister believe she's sick with a cold. As she says this, (T/N) thinks she better take a pregnancy test with her sister.

"So you did have fun with your date?" (Y/N) asks, seeing the second pregnancy test.
"We should have at least been more prepared," (T/N) sighs, "we weren't even drunk."
She leaves out how she was responsible, but the condom was ripped when she took it out.
The two look at their pregnancy tests in shock. They go back and forth between going right to abortion and trying to find the men. Let them know and be part of the decision rather than scold them.
They can only think of the dance club. Hoping the two men go back there rather than only going there that one night.

The two lay low, hoping to find their targets but avoid the other men in the dance club.
"Well, hello there. Nice to see you two again," Jazz smiles.
Bluestreak is with him.
"Uh, you might change your mind. Let's find somewhere private," (Y/N) tells him.

The two mechs couldn't believe what they are being told or seeing, though they don't need the evidence as they can smell the changes in the femmes' hormones. Both know Optimus will not be pleased.
"...you two are the ones who are pregnant; you decide," Jazz says, "we'll be scolded by our superior either way."
"No, I can't decide without you, (Jazz holoform name)," (T/N) argues.
"Same, I know it's silly, but after the fun night we all had before going to separate rooms, these two babies will have a nice family.
The two mechs go to the twins' home since it's late and will take them to the base in the morning.

"So?" Bluestreak asks as the two sit on the bed in the guest room.
"I don't know. It's a sudden surprise. We're not even dating the femmes; they don't know everything."
"The easy way doesn't feel right either."
Both hope Optimus will help rather than scold them.

The twins can't believe the men they met work at a military base. Add that they met Autobots. They're taken to the conference room to meet the two men's superior. Not expecting two men to talk in.
".... this is unacceptable!" Optimus scolds after explaining to the twins about the Autobots and hearing why the twins are here.
Optimus is trying to figure out what to do. Even while the four believe they'll be a good family for the babies, Optimus wants them to improve their relationships and makes some changes to room arrangements. Blue and Jazz are given a week off to help the twins settle in. The twins then meet Ratchet.

The medic wants to scold the mechs, even if Optimus just did but does as he's told. The twins find out they're four weeks pregnant and two babies are coming. The four know miscarriage can happen, but even with the situation, they hope they'll have two babies in eight months.

Jazz and Bluestreak feel like they've been dating the femme they're with for months as they talk to the femme alone, aware that talking isn't enough to get to know each other. Still, the twins feel like they've met the men — or mechs, as they're told is the Cybertronian term — they'd fall in love with if they decided to ask them on a date rather than this situation. 
"Then, until our baby is here, we shall go on dates," Jazz smiles.
"There are some differences because I'm pregnant, but yeah, it'll be like we decided to continue to see each other, and I'm not feeling like it's just because we're having a baby," (T/N) smiles.
The two find out Bluestreak and (Y/N) have the same idea. The four know they can't go just on double dates, and the challenge will be where to go so they're not crossing paths.

The twins are not liking the comments Bluestreak and Jazz are getting the next morning. Uncertain if they should say anything.
"It'll pass," Jazz assures them, "we have other things to focus on."
The four talk about going on dates. Trying to plan more than double dates.

The four feel as if they've been dating their partner for much longer as the weeks pass. The twins are used to being with Autobots and their routines.
The twins have a day off work. Sitting in Jazz and (T/N)'s room.
"I wonder if it's too soon to say anything," (T/N) says.
"I don't think so. I think they love us. Both as in Blue loves me, and Jazz loves you, and how we're a family. We've felt like we've been dating our boyfriends for over a year. I know it's cliche, but I think we found our soulmates."
"I feel like we're dreaming. Don't wake me up."
The two laugh but love how everything is.

(T/N) and Jazz go to the park after seeing a movie, cuddling on a park bench.
"If this is a dream, don't wake me up," (T/N) smiles as she leans on Jazz.
"You're not dreaming. I love you, and while we did it backward, I'm happy we're having a baby."
(T/N) looks at Jazz and smiles.
"I love you, too."
She sits up to kiss Jazz.

Bluestreak and (Y/N) choose to go to the beach. Though it's dark out, they like walking across the beach barefoot under the full moon. Bluestreak can't stop staring at (Y/N), who decides to take off her shirt. Though she still has her bra on. He loves how she looks with the bump.
"Blue? Hey, you ok?"
"I-I love you, (Y/N). I feel like we've been together for four years rather than four months," he puts his hands on (Y/N)'s bump, "and I can't wait to meet our baby."
Shame she's not far along to feel any kicks. Blue thinks as he kisses (Y/N).
The four love how life is going, even if pregnancies after a one-night stand brought them together.
