🍋 TFP | Knockout X Mech Cybertronian Reader: Unlikely

(Y/D) is a trans Cybertronian. The former femme has been dreading the required medical exam. Seeing Knockout results in learning about Breakdown and Knockout finding out (Y/D)'s secret.
Warning; sexual content, Cybertronian transgender.

"I can't believe it's been six months since your death," Knockout sighs, staring out the window
Even though Breakdown was Knockout's best friend and partner on the battlefield, Breakdown's death left Knockout feeling alone on the Nemesis. He chooses not to attempt to befriend anyone, not even the newcomer (Y/D). Afraid to befriend anyone only for them to die. Unknown to the red mech, (Y/D) watches. Even though they've been on Megatron's team for three months, Megatron has just now ordered (Y/D) to report to medbay to have Knockout create a medical file. (Y/D) knew this would eventually happen but was not looking forward to it.
"Knockout?" (Y/D) asks, "are you ok?"
The red mech turns to face (Y/D).  (Y/D) feels strange looking at the red mech. He knew this would happen regardless if he went through a certain procedure, except KNockouw will never understand. Why does he seem drawn to Knockout?
I can't leave either. Megatron will not like I didn't have Knockout to make sure I'm functioning properly. (Y/D) hates having no choice. Knockout notices (Y/D) seems distracted but tells him about Breakdown. He fails to stop staring at the mech as he does so. His spark is already feeling drawn to (Y/D). 

Without thinking, Knockout kisses (Y/D), who doesn't push him away but is shocked at the action. Quickly this action results in (Y/D) being pushed down onto the medical berth.
(Y/D) struggles to get Knockout off him before he finds out.
"What's this?" Knockout asks, seeing obvious signs of new parts and systems being installed.
"I-I..."
(Y/D) tries to leave, but Knockout has him pinned down on the berth, wanting to know everything.

"... now let me go," (Y/D) insists, now that his story is told. Feeling something new happening in the lower regain.
Ah, frag, I don't think this is a malfunction. (Y/N) believes.
Knockout loosens his hold, but as he thought, (Y/D) forces him on the berth. Now it's his turn to kiss Knockout first.
"You know what you're feeling. The new feeling is your spike getting ready," Knockout explains, "A bit unusual since we just met," Knockout smiles, "frag me, glitch."
Even slightly nervous, (Y/D) removes Knockout's interface panel and puts a digit inside. Knockout reacts to the cold metal in his valve. While moving his digit around, (Y/D) figures out other ways to get Knockout more in the mood.

(Y/D) still feels strange being the one putting their spike in a bot's valve. They knew this would happen. The unexpected feeling toward Knockout isn't helping. Knockout smiles through the pain. Still questioning why his spark feels like he and (Y/D) have been together for a while.
(Y/D) finds a good rhythm for a while. Knockout thought he'd go easy since it was his first time as a mech, but (Y/D0 quickly picks up speed. Eventually, they both overload. (Y/D) lies next to Knockout. Neither know what to say.
"So, uh...," Knockout trails off.
"Are we together?"
"I know it's stupid, but I think our sparks are drawn to each other," Knockout kisses (Y/D), "you're mine."
