Messed up! The Great Beginning

-Present day-

"Where..?"
"Where am I..?"

This is the only thing I can ask myself right now. Where am I? What was I doing?
What happened?

...

Right! I remember now!
I am on Land and there is snow around me and a blue sky!

It must have worked I might not know where I am but I am awake! But... Where exactly do I go from here..? It's freezing I must find a place to stay or better said to live. It looks like there is a town? No, a city nearby!

I walked towards the city and followed a dirt path that seems to be leading to it until the concrete road began. It was a lot more far away than it looked like I have nothing but myself after all.

After I had finally arrived I took a small break from the 4 kilometer trip and looked around a little bit and noticed a woman hanging an advertisement poster on the wall of a building. It had 'Orphanage' written in big letters on it.

"Maybe I could go there and stay there for a while..." I thought to myself.

As soon as I noticed I walked up to her and asked her about it since I am nothing but a helpless 11 year old child who just woke up in the middle of nowhere with nothing but clothes that consist of a sweater, long pants and old shoes.

"Excuse me miss? Do you work at this Orphanage?"

"Oh! Yes I do little one! Do you need a place to stay? You look quite lost."

"Yes please! I don't have parents or a home!"

"You poor thing you are freezing! Come with me I will get you to the Orphanage. It is warm and safe there I'm sure you'll like it."

I didn't notice that I was shivering from the cold until she mentioned it. There was snow everywhere on the roads as if it was - 20 degrees winter but it was the beginning of summer!
So with no other choice I followed the woman to the Orphanage.

"Miss, I have a question"

"Ask away and please call me miss Shannon dear"

"Where am I exactly?"

"I see that you are completely new here, this is the Truelanian Empire! Around here it is always snowing because we are in the north of Legalola."

"I have been meaning to ask you child.
What's your name?"

My name..?

"..."

"Child?"

What is my name?

"Patricia!"

"Patricia?"

"Yes! My name is Patricia!"

"What a nice name, let's carry on before it gets dark it's 9pm after all!"

We continued to walk to the Orphanage and when we arrived it was a small building with a fence around it. It was a happy, colorfull place for children! Almost like a german kindergarten but without a playground and that it had Orphanage written on the front above the entrance. As we walked in it was a lot warmer and more colorful inside. It felt quite nice in that moment, I mean what could possibly go wrong in such a positiv looking place?
