I woke up this morning with a headache. I slept better today than yesterday. But the thought of me having to go to the Queen today is ruining every good aspect of this day. I know that it's only morning, but I can't help but think about it.

Axel came by yesterday one more time after the girls left and told me that I would still be having therapy sessions with him after I'll be released from the hospital, but not today. He said he'll send me a letter to make an appointment since I don't have a phone anymore.

It's currently 08:17 AM, so I still have time. I got up to stretch and some of my joints cracked like a glow stick. I didn't glow though, sadly. I took another look at the letter from the Queen in hope of finding some information about how to get to her castle. But there is nothing. If I had to guess, I think from here to her place, it's around 25 kilometers. I have no car, no ticket, no nothing. I'm screwed.

Axel seems like a guy to have a car and would say yes if I asked him if he could give me a ride, but he has to work, so it probably wouldn't work. I went back to my bed and sat down on the side. There was a knock on the door and a doctor came in. He said he's here to give me another check-up just in case since I'm being released today.

After the check-up was done, it seemed like I'm perfectly healthy and ready to go. He said I would be able to leave around 12 PM.

Good god, this early already? I thought to myself.

Oh well, it's going to happen sooner or later. A few minutes later, I ate breakfast and then continued to read my book. As the story continued, I learned more about the cool looking staff.

It's called the staff of the Phoenix.
It's blue and only the wielder can wield it because it's hot like blue fire. The wielder can control fire and can form blue wings made of fire with an additional flaming feather tail to fly like a phoenix. The user can also teleport because it is said that the blue phoenix as a bird has the ability to teleport, unlike the normal orange one.

"Pretty interesting stuff here.." I said, nodding in aprovement.

I continued to read and the time passed like a bullet shot. It's 10:00 AM now.

"Holy cow, when did it get so late?" I said in a concerned matter.

I didn't really know what to do for the rest of the time, so I just continued to read. Some time passed again and a nurse came into the room holding some clothes.

"Hello Patricia! Soon, it is time for you to leave." She said.

"Yeah.. it sure is." I replied.

"Here I got some clothes for you! I hope they'll fit you."

She said as she put them on the bed.

"That's all from me. Goodbye!" She added.

The nurse left and I looked at the clothes. There was a lavender sweater, a pair of black pants, white socks ,some shoes and a black winter coat. After I went through all the clothes there was one thing left. I picked it up and my eyes widened.

It was my dark grey woolly hat! And it still has its grey pom pom on it! I'm so happy! I remember mom giving me this as a gift. I can't dare to lose it, not again at least. Just look at the time, it's 11:45 AM. I literally have to go in like two seconds! I dressed myself in the new clothes and finally was free from the hospital dress.

I made the bed, took my things with me and smuggled the manga in my mother's military jacket and left my room. I was called to the front desk where I was given a black backpack and a hug by Axel and I headed outside, stuffing my new backpack.

I was now outside and went down the stairs and then stopped and sat down on the nearest bench. I need to think of a way to get to the Truelanian Castle. Maybe I head to a road and stick out my thumb? Or maybe I just walk? I looked into my backpack for anything useful that could help me. I noticed that Axel packed me a Snippers bar with a note that reads,'Have a nice day!'.

How nice of him. I thought to myself.

I then jumped at the sound of a car honking at me. I looked up. It was a black and fancy looking car. The window rolled down, revealing the driver. It's a black bald man in a suit with a thin mustache. I looked at him confused.

"Are you Patricia Crossed out?" He asked in a deep voice, raising his eyebrow, looking very serious.

"Uh.. Yes?" I answered, unsure of the current situation.

"Ah good! I'm here to pick you up and get you to the Queens castle." He smiled at me and took out a document and held it out the window.

I got up and walked over to the car. I took the document and read it.

"I'll be damned." I said.
