"Thank you and by the way, I'm not sure if you noticed yet, but I bought some cat things for your cat Darkness." She said and got up.
"Oh, I saw the cat tree! It's cute, like for a witch's cat." I said.
"I know, right? When I saw it, I instantly thought of Darkness. Your grandmother was quite fond of it, too, when she saw it." She said.
"I also bought a litter box and bowls along with cat food. He seems to really like it, too!" She added.
"That's great! You're such a sweetheart, Scarlet, you really shouldn't have." I said.
"Well, someone had to and I love cats, so it wasn't any torture to me." She joked.
"If you insist." I said.
"Cmon, you missed lunch. I'm sure you're hungry." She said and led me to the kitchen.
I was indeed kinda hungry since I didn't eat anything at the mall besides drink boba. Scarlet said that there wasn't anything left of lunch since she told my grandma that I was away earlier, so she made me something quick instead. I ate and told Scarlet to tell my grandma that I'll tell her next time when I go out. I soon returned back to my room.
For the rest of the day, I chatted with the boys because they suddenly called. They were asking questions about the whole plan and soon enough, they decided they'll join in. I'm super glad. Jack said that if Laura joined in, we could have meetings in his secret tree house. I told them that that's a great idea and that I'll see them tomorrow. We hung up after. I ate dinner and later on went to bed.
When I woke up, it was 7 AM. I got dressed into my uniform, ate breakfast, fed Darkness to make it look like he's a real cat and got going to school. I met Ray and Laura at the church again. However, Laura seemed different today and not in a good way. When Ray went in to hug her, she was pushed away.
"Not today, Ray.." She said.
I can sense that she's uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable. I wonder why. Both of us asked what was wrong and she just brushed it off. I guess maybe she's on her period? But that still doesn't make sense. Laura enjoys hugs. Especially from us. I guess I'll see how she's doing later. We soon met the boys at school.

------------------------------------------------------------------ "What's up, babes?" Dave greeted us with a wink in his typical way.
"Hey, man, what's up?" I said and Ray waved as Laura stood behind us.
"Dude, I'm so looking forward to our pla-" Dave charmed.
"Not so loud. Did you already forget?" Jack interrupted.
"Oh shit, that's right." He loudly whispered in panic.
"It's alright. We just have to get used to it." I said.
We went inside and class started. Sasha is still sitting next to me. However, I ignored him when he said good morning. After a few minutes of math, he asked if he could switch seats, which surprised me a little. But his request was denied.
I can sense the guilt and sadness in him. He looks like he's about to cry but is holding it in as much as he can. He's also struggling at the current subject and seems to not want to ask for help since his request will be most probably ignored by me. I almost feel bad. He deserves it, though. No matter how long we've known each other for or he struggles. I can't forgive him for what he's done or at least been a part of.
Soon, the lesson ended and Sasha left before us and was a few minutes late for the next class. What is this boy doing? Is he plotting something? Although he's sitting next to me again and his eyes are a bit puffy. He's definitely went to the bathroom for a quick cry.
