Patricia Crossed out is a teenage girl who woke up from the dead and started a new life on the planet Legalola in the Truelanian Empire. She was adopted by the greatest hero of the Empire, Truelania herself and thought this was her hap...
I nodded and looked at Darkness curiously as he jumped off the bed. He turned back into his original form. Suddenly, the whole room turned dark with a slight static. Everything disappeared and when I looked down, I was floating a little off the ground and then my ass hit the floor.
As I sat on the ground, Darkness made a black ball with a slight white glow around it appear. Soon enough, it turned into a silhouette of a person. He continued to mold it into shape as I watched and then it turned into a demon sculpture of me with black skin, horns and tail and white hair.
"See this? This is you. Well, a fake you. It's not alive. It's just a bunch of pure dark matter molded into you." He said.
"However, this version of you does exist. Right now, we're in the so-called dark dimension. This is where you first woke up after you died and now can come here anytime." He explained.
"In here and also in the overworld, you can turn into this. This is your inner demon. It's what you are now. A Darkmatter Demon. Your anatomy is also different. Let's talk about your outside appearance first." He said and turned my clone into an identical version of me but without bandages.
"As you can see, the scar on your missing eye is completely black."
"That's because your blood is black and your flesh too. If a scar heals on your body, it will remain black, even though it's perfectly healed." Darkness said.
"Are the markings under my eyes also scars then?" I asked, crossing my legs on the ground and raising my hand.
"That's my next point. They aren't." I put my hand down.
"Every demon has some sort of skin marks on their body. They can be in all shapes and sizes and anywhere. Face, limbs, torso, you name it. Yours happen to be on your cheeks. These marks don't really mean anything. They're just a demon thing." He explained.
"I see. But how come I have these nails now?" I asked him, looking at my nails.
"This is a female demon feature. Well, male demons also have those but shorter. With these claws, you can easily cut through a tin can and other things, but not yourself." Darkness answered.
"Since I've already mentioned the facts about your blood and flesh, let's talk about your skeleton." He suggested.
"Your skeleton isn't much different from a human one, besides the claws and sharp teeth. But the human bones are a slightly yellowish color and yours are now snow white. But my most favorite feature of a demon is how much stronger and harder the bone structure is compared to human ones."
"Here's an example." He said and made a portal like window open.
"Here, you can see what happens when a human gets hit in the arm with a hammer through an x-ray."
"He he, it's a huge difference, isn't it?" He said proudly.
"Yeah, incredible! But there is one more thing." I said.
"Tell me, I'm sure I know the answer." He chuckled.
"I weirdly am able to sense people's emotions if they're strong enough. What's that about?" I asked, smiling.
"Oh yes, I totally forgot about that! This is what makes a Darkmatter Demon so different from other demons. They may seem very ordinary, but have this very useful ability. With this ability, you are able to, like you already said, sense very strong feelings of another creature, including other Darkmatter Demons. This ability is great for telling if someone is lying to you or not, for example." He explained, making everything else fade away.
"That does sound very useful." I said.
"Alright, that was particularly all that I know about us. Let us return."
He closed his eyes and T-posed and I was once again in my room sitting on the ground next to my bed. I got up and Darkness turned back into a cat.
"Thanks for the information, Darkness." I said as I pet him.
"I'll make sure to give you a treat later on!" I added, giggling.
