Day One

The next morning I woke up to an empty bed and noises coming from the bathroom. I got out of bed and walked into the bathroom, finding Denki throwing up in the toilet. I went over to him and pulled his hair out of his face as I rubbed his back with my free hand. I stayed like this until Denki threw himself back against the wall, his breaths heavy. I sat down next to him and threw an arm around his waist, "You alright?" I asked, not sure what else to say.
"Yeah, I'm good. This whole morning sickness thing isn't really enjoyable though." Denki replied, resting his head on my shoulder.
"I'm sorry, I wish I could help you more."
"You do enough, Toshi. It's the first day that you've known about all of this. You're already doing perfect." Denki said while wrapping his arms around me.
"If there's anything else I can do let me know, I really want to do everything I can to help you." I replied. Denki simply nodded his head and closed his eyes, leaning into me slightly more. Denki and I stayed like this until there was a knock on the door, Tomura walking in seconds later.
Tomura looked over and saw Denki and I sitting on the bathroom floor, a confused look growing onto his face. "I um, you guys alright?"
"Yeah, we're good. Denki just isn't feeling good right now." I told him, not wanting to say too much.
Tomura seemed suspicious but didn't push, "Alright, well, breakfast is ready if you guys want to come out." He said before leaving.
"You hungry?" I asked Denki, who was already getting up.
"Very, though I already know I probably won't be able to keep it down. Still though, let's go." Denki sighed before grabbing my arm and dragging me along with him. We got to the kitchen, took our places at the table, and started eating. Not even 5 minutes after we finished Denki rushed to the bathroom, throwing everything he'd eaten right back up.
"Is there anything you're able to keep down?" I asked once I was in the same position as earlier.
"No idea, I've been living off of toast." Denki said, moving so he that was leaning against me.
"I'll go make you some, just climb back into bed and rest, alright?" Denki nodded as I helped him up and took him over to the bed. After Denki was under the covers I went out to the kitchen to make Denki's toast.
As I grabbed the bread Dabi glared at me, "Was my cooking not good enough?" He asked in a sarcastic tone, crossing his arms.
"It's not that, Denki isn't feeling all that good and wasn't able to keep it down. I'm making him toast in hopes it'll help." I replied as I put the bread in the toaster.
"You should've said something, I would've done that for him rather than make him eat that other shit." Dabi scoffed.
I shrugged, "He was hoping he'd be able to keep it down. It's already done and over with, no need to worry about it now." The toast popped out of the toaster as I was getting a plate from the cabinet. I grabbed the toast, plated it, then went in my room to bring it to Denki who was curled up under the covers. "Hey, I brought you your toast."
Denki sat up, stretching his arms out and taking the plate from me, "Thank you." He said before taking a bite of the toast.
"You want to do anything today?" I asked as I slid into the bed next to Denki.
"Not really, I kind of just want to relax and be alone with you seeing as I'll probably be doing nothing but stressing out at the dorms."
"That's not a good thing, Denks. Stress isn't good for you. Talk to your principal tomorrow, maybe you can work things out so you're not constantly stressed."
"Yeah, maybe." Denki said as he finished his toast. He sat the plate on my nightstand then threw his arms around me, pulling me in close. "I'll go during hero training tommorow, it's not like I can participate anyway."
"Call me if you need me, yeah? I was serious when I said I'd sneak into your dorm if you needed me too." I said, making Denki laugh.
"I know, I don't want you going through that right now. I'm barely anywhere in this pregnancy, I'll be fine until I start to noticably show." Denki replied as he placed his head on my chest.
"I'll be here whenever you need me, you just have to say the word."
For the rest of the time Denki was here we just layed in my bed, talking about random topics, mainly about the baby and what the future might hold. When the time came for Denki to go back to the dorms I practically had to drag him out of my room. I offered to walk him back and he accepted.
I threw on my street clothes and started walking Denki back to UA. About halfway through the walk Denki just stopped walking and just stared at me. "Hitoshi?" Denki asked.
"Yeah?"
"Do you think they're going to hate me? I mean, they're already mad that I'm still with you, how would they react if they find out I'm pregnant with your kid? Hell, they don't even know I'm trans to begin with, you're the only person I've told. What if-"
"Denki," I cut him off, "Relax, alright? You still have over a month before you have to think about the class finding out, don't stress yourself out over things that are still so far away. For now just focus on talking to the principal and Eraserhead, they're the only ones that need to know right now."
I wrapped Denki into a hug, hoping to calm him down. "Yeah, you're right. If anything I can ask to live out of the dorms and stay with you, I can just take the bus to UA or something." Denki replied, leaning his head on my shoulder.
   "Everything'll work out, I promise."
"Yeah, everything'll be fine." After that Denki and I went back to walking. We got to the UA gates and I said my goodbyes to Denki. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared. I was terrified, for multiple reasons. I'm scared of somebody in Denki's class finding out before he's ready to tell them, that he might end up losing the baby, that something'll happen to Denki in general, and so many other things. I did my best to keep my composure, constantly reassuring myself that everything'll be fine. Just like I told Denki, it'll all work out.
