Dorris decided to talk to Ashley that morning. They've decided to meet in a cafe near Ashley work place.
Dorris is dressed in a top and jeans. They had to pick a less crowded cafe because of Dorris. Though she is not so popular, at least she is still known in the locality.
Dorris us nervous. She didn't want to go to Ray's parents again. Not after what they did the last time. But she had to. Ray wanted her to and she thinks it is for the best. She decided to tell Ashley everything. She needed someone to talk to.
"Hi Ash", she greeted Ashley who just entered the Cafe.
" Hey babe", Ashley greeted.
Ashley sat down and asked
"Why do you want to see me early in the morning?", She asked calling on the waiter.
" Americano", She ordered.
"Just wanted to talk to you", Dorris replied.
" So you no longer want to talk to me?", Ashley asked.
"I still want to, Ash"
Ashley noticed she is kinda dull. She is not usually like this. Dorris face is always smiling. That is the kind of person Dorris is.
"What happened?", Ashley asked as the waiter served the coffee.
" I'm married", Dorris blurted.
Ashley almost choked on her coffee.
"You said?", Ashley asked.
" I'm sorry for not telling you but we wanted to keep it from everyone. Our parents are not even aware. But I wanted to talk to you.", Dorris explained.
Ashley could not explain how she feels. All the explanation all fell on deaf ear. The only thing she wanted to know right now is who her husband is.
"My friend, Just answer this question. Who is the groom?", Ashley asked.
"Who else? Murray of course", Dorris replied.
" My God. Since when are you guys married?", Ashley asked.
Dorris sigh.
"A day after my birthday", Dorris replied.
" Wow. Congratulations! I have to prepare to be a god mother", Ashley teased.
"What God mother? ", Dorris asked hissing. "We are not ready for a child. You know my profession will mot allow me", Dorris added.
Ashley frowned.
" I thought you said you're retiring immediately you get married ?", Ashley asked.
"I did not plan to get married this early but since I've found the man I want, I don't want to let him go.", Dorris explained.
Ashley sigh.
" Do you mean your husband is allowing you to stay at the dorm?", Ashley asked.
"No. He bought a pent house for me", Dorris said.
Ashley almost squealed.
" A pent house? I want to visit your place! My God, You should have invited me for house warming. "
When Dorris remembered the house warming issue, she blushed.
She remembered vividly that they warmed the house with love making. She recollect that her husband made love to her in every corner of the house.
Her cheeks turned pink.
"Why are you blushing? I mention house warming. I didn't ask you about your sex life with your husband.", Ashley said bluntly.
Dorris blushed harder. Is she suppose to tell her friend that her husband use sex to warm the house?
Ashley shook her head.
" I guess Ray Dalton is not bad on bed. See the way you're blushing just because you're remembering things. Kudos to your husband", Ashley teased.
"Ashley stop. We didn't have a housewarming. Please don't mention all this to any one. Murray wants to keep it a secret", Dorris explained.
" Okay", Ashley said.
"So what do you want to talk about?", Ashley asked.
Dorris sigh.
