billie couldn't stop thinking about what claudia said. she didn't want avery to get hurt, physically or emotionally.
with a sigh, she walks into english class. she hasn't talked that much to avery, she didn't respond when billie tried to text her, she didn't know her address either.
the brunette tries to look for avery, but she doesn't come to class. in fact she hasn't been here the whole day.
even after the class had read for 20 minutes, avery didn't come. her leg begins to bounce, as the tiny girl bites her nails nervously.

just texted her again, still no response

she said, that she's in school and avery is home with her stepdad or something, i think he crushed her phone

claudia we have to go

we can't, i can't go out of this class
is your class more important?! really!

"miss? can i go to the bathroom" billie quickly packs her bag, carrying it with her. the teacher gives her a nod, billie almost runs out of the classroom.
she should never have sent avery home, or let her go home yesterday. she knew it was a bad idea. she should have been stubborn and not let avery go home.
the small girl runs to the bathroom, opening the door faster than she imagined. claudia wasn't there yet, so she stressfully washed her hands.
she always did this when she was stressed, someway it calmed her down. but now it didn't help much. she could only think about avery.
claudia slams the door open, "we need to go" billie gives her a nod, before running out of the bathroom with her.
claudia knew something was up, she should have asked. she should have gotten avery to tell her everything.
"what do you think happened to her?" billie asks as she sits down in claudia's car. she didn't want to think about what she was thinking.
"a lot, i just, hope she is okay" billie gives her a nod. "i do too" claudia starts the car, her nails tapping stressfully against the wheel as she drives.
"i really hope she is okay"
