Taylor's pov
"I want to take you out," Colby said, lifting his head off my stomach and resting his chin on it.
We were upstairs in his room, relaxing on his couch. I had stayed at his house since we watched the first Cerro Gordo episode, which was two days ago.
"Like on a date, or with a gun or some shit?" I asked, lifting my phone up and looking at him.
"Both," He joked, leaning towards me and kissing my forehead, "But the date first,"
"You want to take me on a date?" I asked, feinting disgust.
"We haven't spent as much time together as we used to," He said with a shrug, a smirk playing on his face.
"Yeah, I've noticed that," I said with a half smile.
We still hadn't talked about the party, but he hasn't left my side since and Angelina has told me that Alex hadn't shown up to any local bars or clubs.
"Where do you want to go?" I asked, grabbing his hand and twisting his rings while he talked.
"I don't know, anywhere with you is fine," He put his head back down, not moving his hand away from me.
"Okay you fucking sap," I teased him before actually thinking about his idea, "How about we go on a hike or something?"
"Last time I took you on a hike we ended up not talking for a week," Colby pointed out.
"Last time you took me on a hike you made me walk for god knows how long for over an hour through dried bushes and it only led us to a place with the word "hell" in the title," I countered.
After a second of taking in what I said, he shook his head in defeat, "True," He said simply.
"I know. Anyways," I scrolled through the different trails near the house. I really didn't feel like going far, and I lost interest in things fairly quickly so I showed him pictures of one of the shorter trails. "How about this one?"
Colby grabbed my phone, scrolling through the pictures, "Yeah this looks cool. You want to go right now?"
"Right now?" I asked in disbelief. The silence of him not responding was the answer I needed.
"Can we get something to eat first?" I asked, pouting my lip.
Of course I didn't mind going somewhere with Colby just to hang out, but I didn't expect him to do anything right this second.
When Colby's eyes met mine I was only reminded that he did the same thing with Alex. He asked her what she wanted to do and took her out places.
"You know what?" I asked quietly, "I'm not feeling too good,"
Immediately, he lifted his body off my mine and slid off the couch, coming to sit by my head on the floor.
"Are you alright? What's wrong?" He asked, caressing my cheek with his hand.
I felt disgusted, as if I just went on a roller coaster with seven thousand loops and I was going to puke.
How I went from feeling fine moments ago to this I had no idea. But it wasn't normal.
"Yeah. I just want to relax," I felt bad for ruining the plans we were going to make, "I'm sorry,"
"Don't worry about it," He shook his head, "Do you want medicine or something? Something to eat?"
I glanced down at my phone, seeing as it was only eleven in the morning and we really hadn't done much, including eating breakfast.
"I'm going to get in the shower," I decided, standing up and going to grab some of the clean clothes I brought from my apartment.
