George entered the cave with nine flowers in his hands and saw Dream who had eleven new flowers in his hands. With this pace, they wouldn't be able to get into the top ten, especially with the strong teams and the players that loved killing guilds out there. The two would have to step up their game and they knew it.
Dream looked up at George with a calm expression and sighed, "We have forty-four flowers as of day two. We should start attacking guilds that are far away since the guilds here are almost cleared and done by other teams. Other teams wouldn't explore that much in the center and east" he said.
George nodded, "I heard that strong guilds are seen around in the north of the forest. We should go there and steal some flowers. The number of guilds is larger than expected. That creature lied... it was expected. We already killed more than fifty guilds. Some of them already lost their flowers" he spoke in a casual voice.
Dream, "North it is then. We'll leave the base once more and come back when we feel like we have enough for the second day" he suggested getting up from the floor and flipping his dagger then placing this in his pocket while shoving his hands on his pockets and followed George who walked quietly in front of him.
Once the two left the cave Dream felt that the atmosphere not only between them was uneasy. He glanced sharply far at the trees and didn't see anyone.
A shadow that he couldn't see moved on the floor and went back to its path.
Step!
The two looked at each other and immediately knew what the other meant and started to run towards where the sound came from. The person behind the sound was quiet but he or she accidentally stepped onto something. When Dream arrived at the scene where they heard the sound. He saw a body on the floor covered with blood.
This body was the body of a middle aged female. She had multiple white hairs on her hair but she was a brunette so she had to be around the age of 50's.
George stepped in and hopped out of the bushes and squatted down next to the body. He pressed his fingers to the neck of the body. He stood up and stared around the area. "The body is warm," he said.
Dream hummed and pointed his fingers at the air that had a faint of dust, "She also just dropped after getting murdered. The kill is clean. There's no blood" he said pointing at the body that had no blood whatsoever.
George stared at the woman's body suspiciously. He kicked the corpse so it would flip and stared at her skull. He saw the head that looked like it deflated from the back like a balloon. He pressed his foot on the head and saw that it wasn't hard and there was no skull or even a brain.
This woman's brain was removed cleanly without getting her skin hurt.
That was why it was so clean. "It's not a monster" Dream spoke staring at the woman, "It's an ability that lets a person kill without showing any evidence by taking parts of their body from the inside without damaging outer parts... The person is fast too" he mumbled and George stared at the woman with his expression ugly out of disgust.
Dream laughed lowly, "You'll get disgusted more if you keep staring at it. And you should get used to that," he said and George stared at him as if he was judging his words.
George snorted quietly, "Let's go back to our main course. We'll find this person soon enough," he said coldly after checking if she had any flowers in her corpse and then getting up from the floor. "Should we hide the body? It's close to our base" He said and Dream turned to look at him.
He shook his head, "It's fine. The body is already hidden anyways here in the forest. Leave it" he said.
When he finally crossed the forest to the north where there were more powerful guilds and players. They met multiple players that we're strong. Because of the probability, George hasn't gotten a new skill. "Shit!" it was a 2 v 2. The two crossed two players that were in the same guild and the two were stronger than the players they already met.
