Chapter 40

It was finally the last day of the third main door game and they only had exactly twenty four hours to get to the top four. George's duo got down to the top four because of the additional flowers but that also meant that they would have to work harder to stay in the position.

George wasn't strong enough to solo the upcoming teams who were going to target their base and George was aware of that and so was Dream. George brought out the scale from the Serpent Dragon. The use of the scale was to get reminded and teleported to a specific spot when it gets triggered. He gave this to Dream and gave all the details on how it works.

Dream glared at the scale interested. He glanced around the area and placed the scale on the vase and felt that it vibrated. He small smile appeared on his lips and he turned to George. "I'll get teleported here when someone steps around the vase. Make sure not to step on it" he said and George nodded reassuringly.

After a few minutes, Dream finally left and George kept guard of the vase. In the meantime, George would get flowers from other teams that we're raiding them. That was a jackpot for him. He pulled out a sword and went outside the volcano hiding between the rocks.

"This is cyan's team right?!"

"It's a fucking volcano. The hell?"

He could hear just two different voices of people coming toward the volcano. It seemed that there was a middle aged man around his late 40s and his son maybe around his early 20s. George brought out his sword and saw them enter the cave slowly he quickly brought out his sword and appeared behind them like a ghost.

The son quickly reacted and blocked the grabbed the handle of the sword and ducked down. George grabbed his neck and pulled it to his back as he quickly flipped the son to the ground. The father grabbed a dagger from his pocket and sliced George's skin. George felt his skin burn.

He pressed the first button of his flashlight and the laser went through the man's body cutting him in half from his lower body and upper body in a slant slice. His son screamed, "Noisy" George whispered and pressed the third button thirsting the tip on the son's chest.

Again blood splattered everywhere and George cleaned it up quickly placing them in the corpses that were hidden. "I should probably burn them" he mumbled and glanced around the area of the volcano. He could see boiling lava far to the left that was covered in rocks on the ground.

He walked towards the rocks and pressed the first button against them; creating a huge circle on the ground using the laser. Once the circle was complete he pressed his boots on the circle and the rock fell to the lava that was boiling hot. He started to sweat and glanced back at the corpses.

He grabbed one corpse that was the one he just killed and placed this in the flowing lava that burned. George placed the corpses one by one but then he was left with one corpse that was a boy who was around his age. George tilted his head when he got an idea.

He grabbed the corpse and carefully placed him on the wall as if he was just sleeping. He looked at the ground and saw the shadow of the corpse. He went outside and pretended to be an intruder and saw the shadow. This would help him lure his target.

After hours of luring and killing some people. George was slowly getting tired of it but he did get some flowers while eliminating some people before throwing them in the pit. George threw multiple claws at the one who was among to kill the corpse that he set and George grabbed him by the collar once he was on the floor and threw him into the lava.

He had now killed a total of ninty nine people and it had already been twenty hours. Dream should be back in around three hours since the end of the day was coming and he would need to put all of his flowers in the vase for their team's points. George hid in the corner when he heard faint footsteps.
