"Irene, I'm thankful that you decided to take me with you to the salon but why?" I asked Irene as we waited for our turn to get our hair done at a salon.
I was a bit hesitant because I didn't want to leave Yeji with someone for a long time, but Namjoon said I needed a day to pamper myself for taking care of Yeji and Soobin whole hours of the days.
"Well I just thought you needed it, Namjoon's been telling me that you've been up late at night taking care of Yeji and tending to Soobin during the day." She said with a smile. I just sighed and nodded.
It was true, I was staying up late because Yeji would wake up and cry every two or three hours. Namjoon comes home pretty late these days but he lets me have a little bit of time to rest while it's his turn to take care of our daughter at night which I am grateful for.
After a few minutes, it was me and Irene's turn to get styled. We were seated in front of mirrors and a stylist came and did my hair. The stylist washed my hair then dried it before styling.

"You should have your makeup done as well!" Irene said excitedly. I tried to say no but I then gave in since this was a day to myself anyway.

"See, you look pretty Jaeni.." Irene said and I smiled.
I did look nice.
After paying, we left the salon and got into Irene's car. "Oh! Since we're out, I want you to see this dress I found, it's gonna look so good on you!" Irene said excitedly and I agreed.
We arrived at the dress shop she was saying and showed me the dress she was talking about. I'm not going to lie, it was really pretty. Irene told me to try it on and I did.
Wow, I actually like this, although it does seem a little formal.
