Pt. 9

They get seated and start talking.

Emily: They act as if I've fallen off the world.
Mia: Babe you kinda have.
Thomas: Well I would've put it nicer.
Tabitha: So Em are you gonna start being in the YouTube videos?
Emily: I mean sure.

They eat and get in the vehicles and start heading home.

Once they get home Jacob stays outside with Emily while everyone goes inside.

Emily: What's wrong?
Jacob: I know we both aren't looking for a relationship right now.
Emily: Yeah. I mean we've cuddled a couple of times. What's up?
Jacob: If you want me to be honest I like cuddling you. But I don't have feelings.
Emily: If you want we can be cuddle buddies and nothing more.
Jacob: Okay.

They go inside and start hanging out with everyone.

Bryce: Hey Em you wanna film a couple of TikToks??
Emily: Sure.

They film a couple of TikTok and they all go to the Theater room.

Ace: What movie?
Tabitha: Doesn't matter.

They put a movie on and Bryce sits next to Emily on a joined seat.

Jackson: Why do you sit next to Emily?
Ace: Why do you still complain?
Jackson: You and Bryce both have kissed her. Jacob came close!
Ace: She kissed me.

Emily gets up and sits on Jacksons' lap and kisses him then pulls away.

Emily: Are you happy?
Jackson: Yes.

Emily gets up and sits next to Bryce again.

Emily falls asleep on Bryce's shoulder. Once the movie ends everyone goes to bed. Bryce slightly shakes Emily.

Emily: I'm not asleep.
Bryce: You faked it?
Emily: Yeah.
Bryce: Why?
Emily: You tightened your grip on me.

Emily moves and sits on his lap and he puts his hands on her hips.

Bryce: Jackson got you horny didn't he?
Emily: No.

Emily leans in and kisses Bryce. They continue kissing until Emily starts grinding. Bryce puts his hands on Emily's waist and guides her.

Bryce: Shouldn't we go upstairs?
Emily: Then what's the thrill of that.
Bryce: Someone is in the mood.

Bryce lightly groans and Emily kisses him again. Emily goes to pull Bryce's shorts down when they hear someone walking. Emily lays her head on Bryce's neck and they both act asleep.

Ace: Jacob they are probably sleeping.
Jacob: Should we wake them?
Ace: Eh they're at fault if their backs hurt tomorrow.

They walk away and Emily lightly giggles.

Bryce: We are gonna be in so much trouble. What if someone hears us.
Emily: We can go in my car.

Emily gets up and Bryce grabs a blanket and holds it in his arms over his erection.

They walk into the kitchen acting tired.

Ace: Uncomfortable?
Emily: Yes. We are gonna go watch the stars.

Emily grabs her keys and they got in her car. Emily pulls up to the beach and they go by some rocks where they are hidden by people and have the water in front of them.

Bryce starts a fire that's already there.

Bryce: Where'd you know where to go?
Emily: Zach Clayton. We've gotten high here once.
Bryce: It's beautiful. And closed off.

Bryce lays down the blanket and they both lay down and watch the stars and clouds.

Bryce: We don't have to do anything.
Emily: Well Jackson did get me in the mood.
Bryce: I knew you were lying.

Emily sits up and Bryce does too. They start making out and that's pretty much all they do.

Bryce: Wanna go home?
Emily: Yeah we can.

They get up and go home. Everyone is asleep Emily goes up to her room and sits at her desk. She gets a box out and it has her things from Josh and her apartment key. She grabs the key and walks down to Bryce's room.

Bryce: What's up?
Emily: You wanna get out of the house again?
Bryce: Where?
Emily: Surprise. It's kinda special to me.
Bryce: Em it's like 3 in the morning.
Emily: Might as well not go to bed now.
Bryce: Okay.

They walk out of Bryce's room when they see Jacob walking toward them.

Jacob: Where are you guys going?
Emily: Somewhere. You wanna come?
Jacob: Sure.

They all get in Bryce's car cause Jacob can't fit in the back of Emily's car.

Bryce: So where are you taking us?
Emily: Well you guys are always asking how I started here in L.A. Well I'm taking you to my first apartment. You guys joined the breezy boys and I have this.
Jacob: You still have it?
Emily: Yeah. Taylor kinda bought the whole apartment complex. The whole thing is mine. There weren't a lot of people living there anyway. Taylor and I gave them a better living area.
Bryce: That's nice.
Jacob: That is nice.

They get to the apartments. Emily leads them up to her apartment and opens the door.

Bryce: This is nice.
Jacob: You have blood outside your door.
Emily: It's mine. I punched the wall instead of my ex.
Jacob: Is that why you have so many problems with your hand?
Emily: Yeah. I've broken it many times.
Jacob: You've been through hell.
Bryce: But you made it through it.
Emily: Yeah. Thanks to a lot of people.
Bryce: So have you checked out the others?
Emily: Nope.
Jacob: Wanna play hide and seek?
Emily: Sure. But let me unlock everything.
Bryce: It should be unlocked and if it isn't too bad.
Emily: Jacob's idea he counts.

Emily's phone rings.

Emily: Hello?
Jackson: Where are you guys?
Thomas: You okay?
Emily: You guys up for some Hide and seek?
Jackson: Sure.
Thomas: It's 3 in the morning.
Emily: So. Get my gaming buddy up.
Thomas: He's probably still up. I'll be back.
Jackson: So where are you guys?
Bryce: Her apartment.
Jacob: We didn't know she had one.
Jackson: Neither did I.
Thomas: Mia and Tabs aren't coming.
Vinnie: Why the fuck are you out so late?
Emily: Why not! Now get here and be my partner.
Kristian: why are we playing hide and seek.
Ace: You said, partners. Kristian my man you up?
Kristian: Yeah.
Thomas: Jackson?
Jackson: Sure.
Thomas: Be there in a little bit.
Ace: She hasn't told us.
Vinnie: Trust me we know.

Emily: You 2 are partners.
Bryce: Okay.
