Emily: Yeah but who cares right? Nessa would rather me fall off the face of the earth and never hear from me again.
Cynthia: We don't want that.
Emily: You guys maybe don't but she looks at me with disgust and hatred.
Nessa: You just came here with my ex!
Emily: We are friends get over it. We won't work as a relationship.
Sab: Emily I'm sorry for what I said.
Emily: It's fine.
Nessa: Can you please just go?
Emily: Sure and next time I almost die I'll make sure I do.

Jaden walks into the store as Emily says that and she walks away. They walk outside and Jaden makes Emily look at him.

Jaden: Don't say that.
Emily: My own best friend doesn't even like me. She looks at me with disgust and hatred.
Jaden: Who cares what she thinks? It matters what you think. You don't need her.

Jaden opens the car door for Emily and then he gets in on the driver's side.

They pull out of the parking lot and start driving.

Jaden: Do you wanna go back to my place?
Emily: I don't care.
Jaden: I want you to calm down.
Emily: I am calm.
Jaden: Em I know you better than that.

Jaden drives to his place and they go inside. Emily walks into the bathroom and splashes cold water on her face. Jaden stands in the doorway.

Emily: She hates me.
Jaden: I'm sure she doesn't hate you.
Emily: You haven't seen her look at me.

Jaden pulls Emily to him and hugs her.

Jaden: I want you to have a good time tonight and forget about her.
Emily: Okay. I'm sorry.
Jaden: Don't be sorry.

Jaden makes Emily look at him.

Jaden: Now let's get you home so you can get ready.
Emily: All I have to do is curl my hair and get dressed.
Jaden: Well then let's get you home so you can curl your hair.
Emily: Not yet.
Jaden: Okay.

Emily hugs Jaden again and he holds her.

Emily: Can we play a board game?
Jaden: scrabble?
Emily: Something else?
Jaden: Alright let's go see.

They walk into the hallway and to the closet. Emily finds it full of board games.

Jaden: I know it's a lot.
Emily: I like it.
Jaden: So what do you wanna play?
Emily: I don't know.

Emily looks while Jaden leans against the doorway. Emily picks up a box and giggles.

Jaden: What did you pick?
Emily: the game of life.
Jaden: Of course you did

They go to the living room and set up on the coffee table and sit on the floor.

They play for about 15 minutes and Jaden gets to the end first.

Emily: Rematch.
Jaden: Some other time.
Emily: I don't know how you won.
Jaden: I didn't get kid after kid after kid.
Emily: You got one.
Jaden: Mamas you had 7
Emily: I make a good parent!
Jaden: I know you do.

Emily crawls over to the box and opens it as Jaden gets all the cars and people. They get everything picked up and Emily lies against Jaden.

Jaden: Talk to me.
Emily: Sometimes I wish we could go back and be alone not have to tell anybody.
Jaden: Well I have all the alone time unless I'm on tour or have a concert.
Emily: Yeah... Everyone is about to go back home and I'm gonna go back to hype and I'm gonna be bored.
Jaden: Well my place is always open.
Emily: I know. I'm also thinking about selling my apartment complex. Besides my apartment.
Jaden: That's totally up to you.
Emily: I think I will.
Jaden: Or you could make it a business. Be the head boss.
Emily: That doesn't sound bad.
Jaden: It's a good business. Talk to Tayler about it.
Emily: I will when he's back.

Jaden smiles down at Emily and she sits up and looks at him.

Emily: I think we should go.
Jaden: Yeah we should.

Emily and Jaden continue to look at each other and slowly lean in. As they start to kiss Jaden lays Emily down and hovers over her. She pulls him closer and he unbuttons her jeans. Emily takes Jaden's shirt off and he does the same to her. Emily takes her jeans off as Jaden stands her up and lays her on the couch and takes his jeans off.

Jaden kisses down her neck and takes her bra off. Emily pulls Jaden's hair and pulls him back to her lips. Jaden pulls away and looks at her.

Jaden: Are you sure?
Emily: Jaden.
Jaden: Say the words or I'm not doing this.
Emily: Yes Jaden.

Jaden picks her up and takes her to his room.

You know where that is headed. After Jaden holds her close to him. He presses light kisses to her neck and collarbone.

Emily: You don't have to hold me.
Jaden: But I want to.

Jaden turns Emily towards him and brushes her hair out of her face.

Jaden: Wanna get ready here so you can take a shower?
Emily: I'll take a shower but I told the boys I would be back to get ready. When does it start?
Jaden: 8:30. Em it's only 5:24.
Emily: Shower time.

They get into the shower and after they are done, Emily starts blow-drying her hair.

Jaden: Black suits you.

Emily turns the blow dryer off and turns to Jaden.

Jaden: Black suits you.
Emily: It's a towel, Jay.
Jaden: And you look good in it.

Emily leans against the counter and Jaden stands in front of her.

Jaden: Promise me one thing.
Emily: Jay?
Jaden: If we continue I don't want you sleeping with those guys.
Emily: Jay-
Jaden: Emily promise me. I don't want to share you. You deserve better. I know you deserve better.
Emily: Okay. I promise.
Jaden: How long?
Emily: How long since?
Jaden: Yes.
Emily: 3 days...
Jaden: Thank you.

Jaden walks out of the bathroom to walk back in with Emily's discarded clothes from earlier.

Emily: Jad-
Jaden: I don't want to share you.
Emily: Not anymore.
Jaden: Then prove it tonight.

Jaden pulls Emily to him and he looks down at her.

Jaden: I'm sorry...
Emily: Don't be.
Jaden: I still like you, Emily. It won't go away.
Emily: I miss being alone. I miss having fun...
Jaden: There's a but coming?
Emily: But we won't work Jay.
Jaden: How do you know that?
Emily: Jaden I love you but you know deep down it won't work.

They get dressed and Jaden drives Emily back over to Tayler's.

Emily: Jaden.
